This is therapeutic to me. Just listening to my dreams while working on schoolwork helps put me in my zone
I could literally listen to that engine all day...I knew they sounded great but hearing it in binaural is a whole other level.
Small (big) Problem with it is the injectors are really loud and annoying whith casual driving

@@robertmcgee3616 there was some calculations done by that maths guy I can't remember. Basically if you're idling any more than 7 seconds it's beneficial to have the start stop system.
3 pedals and 6 shifts is the way to go!
The 718 is and absolute dream machine.
It’s a dream machine if you get the GTS model. The rest is just a turbocharged Boxer 4. Gotta love the flat 6 NA and Manual Tran on the GTS

Manual transmissions are objectively worse. They are slower and less efficient ( not to mention less user friendly) . I don’t see the point of spending so much money on a performance vehicle then shoehorning inferior technology into it
@@sublimesense7761 the penultimate driving experience, for those who appreciate it, is being connected with the road in the way that only a manual transmission can offer you.
It's an experience like no other, driving around town and downshifting and up shifting at exactly the right moments around corners and in parking lots in perfect synchrony to the power band of the engine.
Especially on older vehicles with no rev-matching technology, so you're really the master of your machine. Anyone who is a good driver with a standard trans car is an excellent driver compared to a good driver of an automatic because standards have a lot more going on, especially in regards to large truck drivers and race car drivers who shift manually. Mad respect to them!
Not to mention, it's an excellent theft deterrent.
I speak for myself and other self-respecting true auto enthusiasts when I say that I don't receive the bad juju of your ridiculous comment.

Watching this makes me want to trade my car for a manual, I miss rowing the gears a lot more than I thought I would.
Driving a manual vehicle can definitely be a more rewarding experience, but in terms of technology It is definitely vastly inferior to an automatic or cvt transmission.

Hilariously bad gear shifting. Nearly goes to 5 when 1 would do fine. You need PDK if you can't drive manual transmissions. Misrepresents the car. Poor video.
