Loop of Henle is composed of :
    a: Simple squamous epithelium &
    b: Cuboidal epithelium.
2: Brush border is only present in PCT & brush border appearance is due to the presence of micro villi on the apical cell membrane and due to the eosinophilic granular cytoplasm
    of cuboidal cells.
3: Two regions of nephrons are :
    a: Renal corpuscle.
    b: Renal tubule .

(1). The epithelial cells present in the loop of henle are
Simple squamous epithelium and cuboidal epithelium
(2). The brush border is present in the proximal convoluted tubule region of nephron because of the appearance of several microvilli on cell membrane of cuboidal cells
(3). The two regions of nephron are
Renal corpuscle which consists of bowman's capsule and glomerulus
And the other one is renal tubule
Which consists of proximal convoluted tubule , distal convoluted tubule and loop of Henle.
