How long is the shelf life if not refrigerated maam?
Hi, i've made these cookies yesterday and they taste lovely. My kids loved them. The only problem is they have cracks in the top and the cookies are quite crumbly and dry. I did use the exactly amount of each ingredients from your recipe. Do you know what is the problem? Please can you tell me? Thank you.

How do you pick your pineapples?
One that's ready to be eaten in 2,3 days or not fully ripe. Hope it helps!
Done.... one thing you might want to add... one is that corn starch is needed every time a new cake is made. They aren't as pretty as yours, but, what do you expect for the first time. Secondly.... did you know the top leafy section of the pineapple can be stuck in the ground and it will produce more pineapples? I now have 200 of them and next year should have 400.
My jam crystallised.. is that how it should be?
No, it should be thick, firm yet soft. One of the reasons of crystallized jam is overcooking it or too much sugar. Were there any changes made to the recipe?
Hi, kindly clear my doubts on the ingredients measurements. U mention to remove 50g of dough for the leaves at 10g each. But only 5 balls of leaves can be made for your 15pcs recipe. Am planning to make 30pcs, kindly advise correct ingredients measurements. Thank you :)
