My lawyer filled the online application and booked the biometric appointment for fiancé visa. But the supporting documents have not been uploaded yet. Can we upload supporting documents after I give my biometric?
Hi @mihiri3321, Documents are submitted at different times depending on the document submitting procedure you use. If you/your lawyer self-uploads the documents on the VFS/TLS portal, this will need to be done before the appointment. As @mandeepgill7789 has kindly pointed out, some partners choose to submit the documents at the visa centre appointment via the assisted document scanning service. I live in the US and plan to marry in the UK. If I am there on a Visitor visa, can we apply from the UK for the fiancee's VISA and not return to the USA? Or do I have to come back to the USA and wait for the final decision? I am asking this because I can come and stay for 6 months with my US Passport.

You can upload your documents when will you will visit for biometric
