I saw Jack at his soundcheck a few years ago. He stopped in the middle of a song to sign an autograph for my wife, and take a pic. Nothing but respect.
This was really hard to see. Reflecting back to seeing GreatWhite perform on the Once Bitten tour and then seeing Jack Russell being helped on stage, I was like WTF !! But man I’ll tell you something, this guy was all heart, belting out some good music,and after it was all said n done, giving everyone what they showed up to see,a great time !!! 🤟
He had recently had fusion surgery on his back and neck, that's whats up with the trouble walking and plus he's a cancer survivor that only 6% who have it survive
Music is good medicine for the soul, plain n simple!! With all the negative crap we already have to put up with in this world on a daily basis, who needs to add to it ? I was born n raised on Rock n Roll, saw all the big bands when they were in their prime. We’ve lost a lot of great talent over the years from the rock world. So for me, in this day n age, it’s always refreshing to see faces from yore, still touring and giving it hell. Doesn’t matter to me if they’re not who I once remembered them to be. The simple fact that they’re still around after everything that life has thrown at em. Is all the reason I need to get off my ass and get out to see them doing what they love !! The great Ozzy Osbourne sings about “ You can’t kill Rock n Roll, it’s here to stay “ !! And you know what ??? He’s fucking right 🤟
