Since it's smooth. I would guess not often, there's nothing to snag your hand on and be pulled in. A lathe is probably far, far more dangerous than this.

That happens when the mill is 400% overloaded. as a veteran from the rubber industry I can say that even learners can see the inefficiency of this factory .
My guess is that theyd add more of the white to dilute the pigment to the right color, though it might be more cost effective to start over and lose a smaller amount of material rather than have excess material, depending on the end product amd such.
I thought silicone was mixed and cast. I’ve seen rubber processing with similar roller machines. Does this silicone need to be heat cured to retain a certain shape?
For those who were wondering. The OP posted they were for sanitizer holders. I am assuming it’s those colourful ones that hooked on to backpacks and purses and etc. **edited for typo.
they get squeezed out. sometimes where I work (tire factory) some people will fold the ends to make a big bubble, then once squzzed in the mill it sounds like an explosion when it pops.
I've found a new site to hwlp calm my anxiety down there's a lot of purple there Im not sure I'd be able to reach the whole roll as it comes bigger I'd probably need a step lol

Went from watching a video about a gang driveby in Puerto Rico to this, but I'm happy I'm here. Quick magical and mesmerizing. Thank you.
Fascinating to watch. But i can't help but wonder how often a hand gets pulled into the machine. Thank you for sharing. Have a blessed day.
Right now,we still have to work like that.Thank you for your reminding.

@@AngelicRamen as someone who sometimes work on lathes, they're fuckin terrifying
I wish they'd keep it marbled. So pretty.
Me too!!
Myself hope so !
I always think the same 🥰
I have seen the children's silicone animal shaped "bubble wrap" toys that are rainbow marbled so I know it happens
Me too, marbling is so pretty 😍
... anybody else randomly wondering what it would feel like to chew it?
It’d probably feel like a clear glue stick.
Yes,that seems so.
I imagine those air head candies
the first one of these i watched a couple hours ago i just kept thinking that i wanted to eat it
No...?
Beautiful purple shade
Thank you for your comments!
❤😊so relaxing 😊❤
Background music is great, thanks..
I love these! Thank you!
I love it too,so I share with you.I am glad that you love it.
I am glad you like it.
My favorite color, I really liked it marbled too!💜
👩🏻💻Are the rollers heated? Blue is my favorite color. The vibrant purple is really pleasing.🙋♀️🇺🇲
Sooo pretty 😍

Hehe, after 20 minute,it could not improve the mixing result. The color had not changed after.

Master piece
Thank you!
Seems to me it would be quicker to combine the pigment mats first and then add to the white big roll.
I think this way it is more throughoutly mixed.
the "white" isn't a color that's the plain silicone and it's opaque thin out and you can see light and dark through it...
What happens if you add too much pigment to one small measure of silicone?
Actually,we just want to add less as possible. If we add more, the color will be very close to the pigment.
My guess is that theyd add more of the white to dilute the pigment to the right color, though it might be more cost effective to start over and lose a smaller amount of material rather than have excess material, depending on the end product amd such.
What type of Silicon is this? I thought it was a liquid that cured into a certain shape. Hmmm
What do they use it for?
I thought silicone was mixed and cast. I’ve seen rubber processing with similar roller machines. Does this silicone need to be heat cured to retain a certain shape?
yes
Yes.
@@zhangjenny2563 What do you make with the silicone? Toys? Molds?
Different grade of silicone rubber for pouring and casting. This rubber sheet for things like tubing, sheeting and injection moulding.
Wonder how hard it would be to produce a specific color pigment.
Just a little to much of a added color and the pigment would be off.
Very little could actually change the whole color.

@@anniegiametta7835 oh thanks. I just saw it. I will correct it.
This should be retitled "How to overlaod a rubber mill and risk losing an arm. In one easy step."

It said "releasing"

For what is used?
What are these used for?
It is used for the saniter holder.
I wonder how the air bubbles are removed.
The roller is so heavy to remove the bubble.

How much the cost of this machinery?
Not so expensive.
I wonder if that bandaid with the icky long thread hanging from it wound up in the silicone?
I saw he through away.So do not concern about that.
You touch worse just by using public door handles. Why worry yourself with such tiny issues.
5:17 anime girl?
I don't understand why they put so many silicon rolls on like that
Music?
Moral : if you mix all colours in a France flag it will become purple. What a indirect troll to France😂
That is very strange.I never thought of that!Haha!
Mixing red white and blue is only a troll to franc!?!?!
I thought the French flag was pure white...

Why Evil Morty why?
you mean "relaxing song?"
I think so,maybe that is not so peaceful.Could you share some relaxing song to us.
You need a bigger mill and a blend roller.
This machine could satisfy our company usage at the moment.Thank you for your advise.

why????

There is many video from this channel with no music, that could satisfy you I think.
just mute the video, there's no other sounds anyway lol
