that's the music GE moment of the show for me right there. that whole section before, during, and after it is so box 5 music and visual GE-wise too. love that section and the thematic impact of the musical juxtaposition. totally ties the concept of the show together!!

Just such a well designed show. Old school in it's story telling ability. The musical parts are all superbly written and right for the show. Great emotional projection from beginning to end from every member. Don't understand why Academy regressed after this show, but for this one night and this show, they captured lightning in a bottle. Easily in my top 5 all time favorite shows.

For a modern drum corps show, the drill formations actually meant something and therefore added to the show. I am not in favor of random sets (from a viewer's perspective). Was the cross a nod to the cross made in Star of Indiana's winning show?
Was amazing getting to see this in person. Still hate the Cav’s won it that year cause this one was the best. I cried during the show and it still gives me chills every time i hear it
DCI shows that actually tell a linear story with a beginning middle and end 🥵
When the bride and groom hug at the end, both in tears ... that's what drum corps is all about.
I got to be honest with you but the bride is still doing color guard but she is teaching at my school which is cool
Also there was twins playing the role of the Bride btw

Soulfur 2016 was just a sexy year
The only reason they put that in was to compete with the wink lol I thought it was kinda funny. Jacob was so embarrassed to do it at first lol

I love how in during finals, they were introduced with "Drum Corpse International is proud to present...."
I thought I heard that wrong! *whew*
Pretty cool how the groom in this show is now David in BAC's Goliath
Alex Cabanela I get highkey anxiety every time I see him run on those stilts 😂
Shook is the Blaine that’s Goliath, not David.

The motif at that part comes from the chorus of the funeral march.😊
