Mahindra Roxor is available as low as $16000 , i bought 2019 one and lifted it with a 3inch lift kit. Love the look of it 😍, im trying to make it road legal , will be over soon . They make very good tractors. The engine's got 62hp and 144nm torque but i have seen a video on UA-cam that it can do about 200hp with 400nm torque with the same engine. They have to detune the engine to meet the regulations. Its amazing. I'm planning on doing it on mine too, after putting enough miles on it. I would recommend every one to buy them, it costs not more than a mortarcycle or an ATV and you can look cool 😎. It's bear bones you can modify it as you like. Fiat is sueing them only for the grill and some body parts . As the case proceeds eventually Mahindra is going to win it as of now. Mahindra offers more jeep than Fiat fake ones. They are the only company to open a new plant in Detroit for over 23 years and they are planning to expand their designing hub to Detroit. They are providing jobs for Americans.I fell for it

I have mahindra bolero pikup... Ir resembles the roxor(but an older verson)... I used on a very heavyduty work...offroad...4years and a month no serious damaged so far...
I love this. Original Roots and DNA from an American icon from Bantam, Willys and Ford from 1941. Produced in India under license by Manindra since 1947. Now after 75 years since its birth, the true blue off roader produced by our Indian Mahindra goes back and does utility duty on the farms and ranches of the land of its birth.
The same engine in india produces twice as much power, mahindra detuned it for legal reasons in USA, with a tune and maybe a bigger turbo you can really open up this engine and it is quite reliable as well.
We call it a Thar in India. It's a workhorse, i have had one for 3 years, been to himalayas like 13 odd times, deserts, jungles. It keeps going, and is low maintenance. Have fun with it :)
Thar and Roxor is not same dude. Both may look similar and that's it. Roxor is a bare bone piece and a lot of room for modification and it is exclusively for off road purposes. You can't legally drive that on the road. The engine in Róxor is the same one as Bolero. It is completely different from Thar, be it the interior, engine or even the purpose, it is all different. Oh yeah.. one more thing, this Roxor is produced (assembled) in Detroit and only available in US.

The Roxor is a fine vehicle - it just needs a few items to make to a year round vehicle. I`d prefer the older analog gauges as they fit the concept. It could use a better cab then what the bolt on stuff presently looks like.

The only problem I have with this Roxor is it is not aloud on the road and when I priced one up to buy it came out at $26,000.00 which is only $10,000.00 cheaper than a new Toyota truck ! If they were allowed on the road I would have no problem in spending $26,000.00 on this it would be great for my Forestry, free range hens and other work thank you for the video.

Why do people keep calling this a side-by-side. It’s a direct configuration of the army jeeps in wwii, that we’re licensed to Mahindra, and their first modification was almost undriveable (ref James May Top Gear), so this is in fact genesis for what became Jeeps as we know today. This is not to be confused or compared to an arctic cat or any other type of farm runabout.
Because it’s licensed and sold as a side by side, if they tried to licence a 100 year old vehicle design as a 2020 model year road car they’d get laughed at

I've owned a Mahindra Scorpio Pikup Karoo double cab 4x4 for the last 20 months and 70k km's. Not a single problem and highly versatile. I can and have done 1000km's in a day on tarrangermac and then send the next day in 4x4 low with rear Eaton mechanical autolocker engaged in back cotton soil bogs, rocks, river crossings on a 5/5 grade without breaking a sweat. I've owned 3 Landrovers, 1 Mazda, 1 Ford Ranger ( all 4x4) and this makes them all look silly. Best I've ever had.
I haven't driven a mahindra, but remember the rides when it was used as shared cab in a central india hill station called Pachmarhi. It used to be around an hour of ride with passeengers jammed in travelling from pipariya (nearest railway station) to pachmarhi... with all the steep turns and climbs, and chilly winds in your face...it used be a hell of a ride.
When are we going to see some street legal Roxor's or Thar's, etc.? I guess they are afraid Jeep will finally go out of business. Mahindra detuned the engine because of FCA, the same engine in India comes with double the power. So you could in theory buy it and tune it back up and remove the 45mph limit as well. I have been to ladakh with this thing and I won't trust anything else with my life.

Just bought a 2022 Roxor having big time issues getting some aftermarket stuff that I want the windshield frame with a CJ windshield and I want a hard plastic rooftop can't find them anywhere or nobody's got them I'm wondering if I made a mistake buying this thing it'll be a $20,000 mistake you can help me out get me some information I've tried diesel freaks and all these other places that have aftermarket parts no luck I can't get them or they're back logged

It has built quality issues specially body sounds and rusting quickly. The engine is not bad but starts smoking before long as well.
