I spent 32 yrs protecting people before I had health issues that ended my career and have been out of work 3yrs. I've been denied twice for benefits as my wife works two jobs to support our family of 4. I've done everything possible to be a productive citizen of this great country my entire life. I've literally saved lives in my Medical/Security position and have letters of commendation to show for it. But my government does absolutely everything possible to deny me help. I have paid into this system for over 35 yrs. Sadly, I could literally fly to San Diego, CA. Cross the border, ditch my ID, then cross back over under a false identity and claim asylum, and my government will give me a cellphone, thousands of dollars, and a monthly stipend. That should tell you all you need to know about our government.

My Guatemalan neighbor has been waiting for her asylum hearing for over 13 years. Guatemala was too dangerous for her and her siblings, but not dangerous enough to send her children and nieces and nephews (US citizens) back to Guatemala to visit their grandmother over summer breaks. I hope they check these things at the hearings.

So the US Military active duty and reserves are NOT allowed to operate inside the USA… only on federal land and overseas. And the national guard is limited on what they can do, they do not have law enforcement authority… federal or civilian… that’s part of the problem. AFTER you have to wait at least 6 months in order to apply for a work visa. It takes at least 30 days to obtain a work visa. With 3.6 million migrants in 2023 the wait is ten times that.

I have worked all accross America for the past 30 years working in part as a hiring manager for a large compay with business interests all over the world. We would often reach out to both legal and illegal immigrants. The world has evolved. We are now seeing more immigrant influx of people who have learned that they don't want to work, don't have to work. They know we will provide housing, utilities, food, healthcare, etc. You really need to get out more and get your hands dirty. Also, the racial breakdown and ratio of men to women and children who are sneaking in is changing. Yes, we are still getting aliens and work visa people who are supposed to work in our food industry, help harvest crops, meatpacking plants, etc. We are also now seeing large and or influential company leaders raping the system and bringing in cheaper labor to work in IT. This news went public at least 5 years ago but the uproar died down and happening today. I am just so thrilled with all the recent influx of migrants up north. We housed them, fed and clothed them, and I am betting they are not going to work anytime soon. And almost forgot free schooling. That is enough for now.

I spent 32 yrs protecting people before I had health issues that ended my career and have been out of work 3yrs. I've been denied twice for benefits as my wife works two jobs to support our family of 4. I've done everything possible to be a productive citizen of this great country my entire life. My Guatemalan neighbor has been waiting for her asylum hearing for over 13 years. Guatemala was too dangerous for her and her siblings, but not dangerous enough to send her children and nieces and nephews (US citizens) back to Guatemala to visit their grandmother over summer breaks. I can't believe what's happening in the US. Am from the UK and was lucky to have spent 3 months living in San Francisco in 1999. I have worked all accross America for the past 30 years working in part as a hiring manager for a large compay with business interests all over the world. We would often reach out to both legal and illegal immigrants. The world has evolved. We are now seeing more immigrant influx of people who have learned that they don't want to work, don't have to work. They know we will provide housing, utilities, food, healthcare, etc. You really need to get out more and get your hands dirty. Also, the racial breakdown and ratio of men to women and children who are sneaking in is changing. Yes, we are still getting aliens and work visa people who are supposed to work in our food industry, help harvest crops, meatpacking plants, etc. We are also now seeing large and or influential company leaders raping the system and bringing in cheaper labor to work in IT. This news went public at least 5 years ago but the uproar died down and happening today. I am just so thrilled with all the recent influx of migrants up north. We housed them, fed and clothed them, and I am betting they are not going to work anytime soon. And almost forgot free schooling. That is enough for now.

That's not exactly true. Just yesterday Abbott signed in a law to criminalize the activity and the Biden admin is already attacking it. We've also been in litigation since this started. Even with the separation of kids from parents, wanna be immigrants felt it was worth the two week wait outside the border ( during Trump era). Covid slowed things down, but when the border opened back up, they came in flocks and are still coming.
Basic policy has not changed. Republicans praised Trump policy and nicknamed him "the Deporter". Yet, in Bidens' first year and a half in office, he deported more illegals than Trump did in 4. Same policy, except parents and children weren't separated anymore. Same percentage of illegals deported by each President. More are coming over the border under Biden, but he is deporting more.
