Man, I’m only just getting into customizing gunpla, and here is this guy completely redesigning them! I will say this really makes me want to do a custom design that I’ve had in mind lately. Looks super impressive, and certainly inspires a lot of creativity.

Super detailed, loving it! Watching Gundam as a child enabled to appreciate engineering as an adult. Imagine if these were real scaled, the amount of human and machine effort is needed to forge and CNC each component. Those black panel lines just provided a glimpse of the number of parts needed just for a single panel. Unreal.

I like everything about this. The only feedback I have is for the part you molded inside the shoulder. I would've added some sort of propulsion or gas vent there, which is a normal thing to see on gunpla in that position. Having just panels doesn't make mechanical sense to the gunpla function. Great work though, I will experiment with the molding material.

I used to build Gundam's back when I was younger and Gunpla wasn't even a concept....just people building models. And even then with just fine tip markers and spray paint I was considered one of the better modelers in my area at age 15...but this just puts me to shame! I would definitely love to apprentice under you now that I am looking to begin my hobby new again! :)

I lived in Japan for 4 years and have some small tools and different paints and putties. I miss my hobby shops on Okinawa. I am looking forward to your finished Gundam.

Magic sculpt is a material similar to epoxy putty. Magic sculpt is also air dry.

Hi , really love your work man. I’m just wondering what shrinkage do you mean at the beginning? Because I would love to do this to my kit someday.

those are plastic shrinkage during the molding process, usually happens on some thick parts with structure beneath it. Look at the initial sanding, you'll see some parts are actually deeper than the rest. This can usually be fixed with some sanding. Severe shrinkage needs putty to fill in those gaps

사자비가 저렇게 문제가 많은 킷이었나?? ㅎㄷㄷ
리파인 작업 하시지 말고 새로 만드시는게 더 쉬우실것 같아요.
    멋짐니다.

Is that what I used to erase the panel line? It's a super glue. If I got it wrong, please ask me again.
