Just perfect. I’m so glad to be part of this film that you guys produced. Matt has done masterful work showing my pal Jim’s story and showcasing my part of Scotland. Bravo NLU 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I lost my son nearly 8 years ago, and picked up golf again for the same reasons Jim had for making that initial trip back to Scotland. So thank you NLU, and thank you Jim for sharing your son's story as well as your healing journey. This film reminds me of why we continue to play this frustratingly wonderful game, to know that our sons are still with us, to hear their voices and feel their presence on every shot, on every hole, on every warm bench overlooking a serene sun-kissed vista.
This has to be one of the best pieces of golf media in the last ten years. Such a heart-wrenching story
As a Scot, I must say this is without a doubt the best showing of our courses I’ve ever seen. A truly compelling story. Thank you Jim for sharing and thank you NLU for bringing this to us. Tremendous work Matt Golden🏴🏌️♂️
NLU breaking new ground. God bless Jim and the NLU team. You're making a difference in people's lives. Please keep this up.
This proves that the greatest golf experiences of one’s life often do not equate with expensive green fees. Walk the land to move your soul.
Shout out Matt Golden. What a film. Everyone involved should be incredibly proud of this. Thanks for sharing. Really beautiful.
Sat here with a massive lump in my throat, ready to go and sit on that bench like Jim.
As a dad with a golf-obsessed 3 year old, cried my eyes out 5 times while reading the article. I'm going to be a wreck. Bless you Jim.
From all of us who love golf, from all of us who love this part of Scotland, from all of us with sons...what a beautiful, moving gem of a film. Thank you Jim, Tron and the NLU team.
This is unbelievable, y'all. I hope every fan of the game gets a chance to watch this.
Can’t find the words to do this justice. The best I can come up with is this is a wonderful tribute to Jordan, to Jim and all the people who love them. Doff of the cap.
I struggle to comprehend how NLU just keeps topping project after project. It's criminal how underrated this channel is!
As an obsessive Scottish golfing dad, this film was both a joy and heart wrenching to watch. Wonderfully documented lads, a true credit to your journey as filmmakers. Jim's book has just arrived and I look forward to reading it after watching the film. I feel that Scottish Golf & Visit Scotland should also be complimenting you on your "free" advertising of our Hidden Gems.
This has to be the best film NLU have ever made. The story the people makes me sad but fills me with happiness. Thank you
Phenomenol. This came out at 1am in the UK. Was worth the wait. Proper, proper production with a heartbreaking story❤️
So great to see you guys re-connect with George from Cullen. A delightful chap.
This blew my mind. What a man, what a community, what a story of golf and life.
I very rarely comment on things but this piece of work is a thing of beauty. Amazing work NLU team and respect to Jim and your journey.
Beautiful work. Thank you for sharing your story, Jim.
