      Jackie, thank you so much for your encouragement and continuous support.
      I've been trying more store-bought products and it may be time for me to include these natural formulas.
      I'll still review my pre-made stash (#WasteNotWantNot), but I need to add in what I know promotes health and wellness with no gimmicks.
      stay safe.

    Thanks for sharing how you make your base mixture! I started doing this as well but never thought of blending the powders after mixing them together. I love the new extra-fine texture! I'll definitely be doing this moving forward. Thanks again, Healy! 🤗😘

      you are most and always welcome 😊
      if all the ingredients are already a fine powder consistency, i dont blend. but if anything is clumpy to where i can't mash it fine, i definitely blend because I think about how it will spread when i apply the mask.
      what do you put in your ayurvedic mask?

      @@HealyMeans My list is pretty similar to yours but no clays. Instead I add MSM, Moringa, Ginger, and Matcha. I love all the benefits of these nutritious ingredients. My hair is in ICU during 2020 so it needs all the nutrients it can get!🤣

    This is advanced hair care, I can't even pronounced some of these names🤣 I'll definitely need to get more info on these products and start pronouncing them too💚

    • @HealyMeans
      @HealyMeans  4 роки тому +2

      Kay, me too. 🤣😂
      after double-digit years of saying and using ayurvedic ingredients, i still struggle with the pronunciation. now, i just focus on what they do.
      i started with just a few items, then added more over time. they work well alone, but even better together.
      I'll do a couple videos using this base with different wet ingredients so you can see exactly how i use them.
      definitely appreciate your continued support. stay safe.

      hi leah 🤗
      im glad you enjoyed the video.
      one of the many great things about making this mask is that it's a dry mix, so it'll last a long time. you can also switch it up based on what wet ingredients you add.
      i hope it works for you and your mom. tfw

    Hey Healy 👋🏾👋🏾 great informative video! I want to learn a lot more about Ayurvedic herbs. This mask sounds phenomenal and using the blender bottle is an awesome tip! Thanks so much for sharing 💛🥰💗

      I plan to start using this mix next month, maybe every other week - once with water, once with ACV/water, once with ACV/water/oils and once with water/oils/rhassoul clay. Whichever combo works best for my hair right now, that's what I'll use until I finish the rest of the dry mix ... then I'll make another batch😊
      Start researching a handful of herbs, both individually and how they work together (or not) as herbs and with your individual system (skin, body, hair). The information is everywhere - just depends how deep you want to dive in.
      Stay safe

    Thanks for sharing. I used to do henna treatment every month. It has been a while. So far the only ingredient o have used so far is fenugreek, Amla, shikakai and Neem. It’s good for strengthening the hair.

    • @HealyMeans

      Lady Bianca, you know your ayurvedic powders 😊
      I'm using cassia instead of henna because henna turns my silver-grays blond 🤣😂
      stay safe

      Healy Means 😂 yep. Henna turns my gray hair pinkish red. Cassia is safer because it does not color the hair. . Stay safe

      ive been using these powders on/off for years. when im consistent, my hair always benefits.
      fenugreek and amla are great. take your time researching and trying more - they're not going anywhere 😊👍🏼😊

    Do we just mix with water and apply or any other thing to add to make a paste? Like some suggest yoghurt or rose water or aloe gel

    • @HealyMeans
      @HealyMeans  3 роки тому +1

      hi anuya 🤗
      you can start with water. however, if you have used and are comfortable trying the other ingredients you mentioned, give them a try.
      the dry mix can be paired down to just a few items to start...you definitely don't have to mix as many items as i did. tfw 👍🏼

      i bought these jars wholesale years ago and don't remember exactly where i got them. but try bulk apocarthy, midwest supplies, or wholesale supplies plus. locally, michael's or another craft store may have them. hope this helps. tfw 😁
