I like to cook kimchi and garlic in bacon fat, then I add water and cook my shin in that. and add natto as a topping !

Hey chef, try using sweet pickled beetroot as a topping, it works really well and it stains the noodles pink which is a nice visual part :), love the vids

Hello chef, i want to request japanese pudding just like the one selling at Chateraise.
Hey, can I use dashi powder instead of kombu and when should I use it?
I wouldn’t recommend dashi powder to replace kombu for this one.
Because the soup mix already has artificial stuff. So if you add even more artificial thing on top of it, you’ll feel it taste like chemical.
So it’s ok to not to use kombu for this time. If you don’t have kombu, simply skip it😉
