I have been making the pumpkin loaf since I saw it years ago. My absolute go-to. Never fail! And if I can make it successfully, anyone can. That's how good it is!
Holy guacamole! My sister & I make 60 pumpkin bread loaves every year for her open house. I am making extra to make this. Maybe a little orange liquor with that orange juice? We also make a cranberry orange torte for this party every year. I think it will be a big hit. Thank you.

OMG Laura I've been waiting for your first pumpkin recipe of the season! I'm in Australia and this is the first year that I've managed to get my hands on canned pumpkin, so exciting!!! I've got so much catching up to do - I've made your pumpkin spice milkshake, ice cream, cream cheese stuffed muffins, and mini pumpkin pies so far. The pumpkin white hot chocolate is on my list, and I bought amaretti biscuits for the pumpkin pie but when I got home I realised they were made from apricot kernels and had absolutely no almonds in them, so I still need to find them. I'm so excited to be able to join in the pumpkin baking this year!!!!! :) :)

Laura can you do a video where you go through older episodes and list which can be made ahead, which can be frozen and how. which you would pick out to make part of a list during the week because some can be part of a more involved recipe, etc 🙏🏻

Hi Laura, it is very difficult to find pumpkin puree in my country, is it ok if I prepare the puree from fresh pumpkin which I intend to bake and puree myself then freeze for later use. Then use from the freezer. And can I use this puree in any recipe that calls for pumpkin puree?
What would be a good alternative foor ginger cookies? in the netherlands we dont have ginger cookies :( would just a plain shortbread or sugar cookie work or are ginger cookies more like digestives?
You could use any hard crisp cookie, but of course you won't have the ginger flavor. There are lots of ginger snap recipes online if you want to make them.

fresh pumpkin is always better. .I never use the cans
