I've had this controller for a few months now & it's great. I prefer the modern layout, but the GC layout is fine. I've used this on switch & ps5 for ps4 games 👍
Honestly just playing resident evil 1 or 0 with this controller or resident evil 4 with the og layout must be worth it in my opinion also silent hill with gc is peak imo
0:55 i think the short cable is to connect the bluetooth stick to a pc (i noticed there being a usb c port ontop of the bluetooth stick) which would make sense
GameCube controller is the best controller ever. Only one that comes close for me is the XBox 360 controller. Definitely going to have to pick this one up. I've gotten a few of the Retro Fighters ones and a Power A one and they all come close but not close enough.
Nice review. I just got mine recently to play GC on the Wii. The quality is next level. But my back panel without the buttons is difficult to attach also.
Haven't seen a teardown of this yet. *_Anyone happen to know if the buttons are swappable with OEM ones?_* I doubt it, but it'd be even better if it can.

The GameCube controller receiver has a USB-C port. Can you plug in a USB-C to USB-C cable and use it as a wired controller on GameCube?
There is a problem. After playing Splatoon 3 for a while the b button broke. I'm a dualies main and it only lasted like three weeks
