Sweet setup. Didn’t realize you could buy a press mounted trimmer. Its been a while since I’ve had to make any 300blk brass. Dillon makes some real time savers
Yep! Their stuff is expensive but I got great deal on used trimmer. You can actually buy the trimmer and set it up on single stage or even Hornady LNL progressive which I did at first before I got Dillon RL1100.
About couple months ago, this is RL1100 and let me tell you it's so sweet! I already loaded thousands of rounds of 9mm, 223 and 38 special. I just processed probably 5k worth of 223 brass, sized, trimmed and primer pockets swaged all in one pull of the handle. You'll be surprised how tedious it gets to just pull that handle up and down for an hour straight :) and how I am thinking I need a much bigger tumbler so I don't have to do 5 - 6 loads to wet tumble all that brass.
From Wilson Combat website. There are 2 versions, this one cost a little more but so worth it as you can setup bullet depth without using Hornady comparator. shopwilsoncombat.com/BULLET-SEAT-GAUGE-300-HAMR/productinfo/TR-300HBSG/
@@tomburson5554 Sure you can email me dimaprok at gmail. There is a very long thread on Texas hunting forum that's 74 pages long now and there is ton of very valuable information there but prepared to spend a week or two reading. From there I learned that you CAN actually use 223 brass to convert as originally I've read elsewhere when hamr came out that it was a NO-GO. From there I was able to purchase one of Bill's personal 20" barrels, I really wanted a 20 inch. I also got 16" I purchased a little bit prior that has not been installed yet. Vihtavuori is expensive, the best powders according to WC is SOCOM, CFE BLK and 1680. I found that 4198 works great with 150gr cast bullets. I put 4 in the same hole @ 50 yards. Zinc bullets also shot surprisingly accurate, 84gr bullet 2800+ fps and 4 out of 5 shots were sub moa and of course the jacketed like Speer 125gr TNT shoot amazing.
Haven't seen anything from you in quite a while. Good to see you posting again
A very nice setup .
dima new vid!!!!
Quite a rig!🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾
Very nice video thank you👍👍👍👍👍❤

Oh and I did make a 1 gallon bucket of 300 blackout brass as well after this :)
FYI, Sheridan engineering makes similar style slotted case gauges. I've got one for 300 blk and yeah, I love them too.
Yep, I remember seeing one when I was just getting in to reloading but they are pricy.
Hey buddy so when did you get a 1050 Dillon great video my friend

Did you watch my video on you tube for making hammer brass?
No, I haven't, I'll take a look.
I went to your channel but I only see two videos that are not about 300 HAM'R. Do you have a different channel?
@@DimaProk not sure how to access all of the channels, try tom’s reloading
@@DimaProk try just putting in making 300 hammer brass
