You should also watch all the animated shorts and hero back stories. They are really good and give you a lot of lore information!!!

Echo is one of the most difficult heroes to master thats why people dont play it much other than in higher ranks of competitive. Her ultimate basically gives her second life as she will just return to normal if her copy mode gets killed. Also her copy makes ultimate rate 200% or 300% meaning few shots of the copied character scores you an ultimate.
a handful of maps were taken away for a couple things, all 2cp maps were taken out of the map pool because no one liked the mode, and some maps were taken out for no explicit reason but they will come back. I heard they're remaking 2cp maps into different modes. You can play these maps/modes in custom games though
You should def watch the backstory shorts and cinematics they're all pretty damn cool
12:45 the dynamite does still explode and the damage is the same it’s just the fuse takes so long to explode that it’s really easy to avoid if you don’t manually detonate it

i don’t care what happens to this game, the cinematics will ALWAYS remain top tier. some of them are actually pixar/dreamworks level of quality. really hope to see more!!!!

Brigitte was the most op character when she came out, good dmg, infinite armor and 600hp shield was busted. It made meta called Goats which abused 3 tanks and 3 support that could outdmg and outlast anything. Brigitte changed the game completly
that guy on the right up corner: we can do that?(every trailer), this character annoying(every trailer), mumbling some toxic shit about character(every trailer)

7:46 I managed to hold and push the payload the final 5 meters by myself against the entire enemy team as Roadhog once. The next match I got stomped into the ground by a Sojourn the entire match. Part of it is being good with your chosen hero and the other part is the enemy being unable to counter you being good with them.

Yeah, they took out Cairo, Volskaya Industries, Paris,and Hanamura because they were assault two points map and they took out that game mode for OW2. Those maps and also Havana, Rialto, and Blizzard World wich are gone too, are still accessible in Custom games and Arcade tho.
Numbani in the other hand is completely gone. Not even in the game there is not way to play it wich is weird.
numbani has had soooo many issues and exploits over the years and been removed for maintenance so many times, i wouldnt be surprised if they just scrapped it to save themselves the headache

they didnt take away maps, every season there is gonna be a different pool of maps.
All the maps are still in custom games, they are just rotating which ones are available, and the 2cp game mode was removed because everyone hated it

The first map was taken out because the game mode 2cp sucked ass. The second point defence team has thr point in their spawn so holding even after losing 4 players was very probable
