@@vincentdeluca4485 yeah, i love it. The voice actor, the animation, the way the story is done, everything is just amazing. I even occasionally find myself trying to imitate the voice actor and repeating lines from the origin story lmao.

Whenever sigma freaks out and the audio gets louder, it makes you tense and terrified, and i love that aspect of sigma's origin story, it makes you feel the horror of sigma.
The Doomfist one was so different because he, besides Sombra, was the most anticipated Overwatch character back in the day. He was teased at the release of the game but Blizzard took forever to actually put him in game and it was a big event in Overwatch
The sombra ARG was so sick and a nightmare at the same time, that was the reason they stooped teasing the characters like that and at the end that only have sense for sombre, they drooped clues on every map for her.

The people at the end with Kiriko is her crew, called Yokai. They are supposed to be teenage vigilantes, so they are probably not anyone we’ve seen in Overwatch yet

@@SortaStupid Nope not really upset, just disappointed with the video. I like watching lore reactions to hear reactions ABOUT the lore and not listing off the reasons why they hate playing against the character in game. No skin off my back if youre gonna get salty over some criticism lol.

@@SortaStupid Hey man I mean absolutely no disrespect as I see many elements of your reaction that I love. But even though this was negative criticism of a fan(or would-be), it's not blind hate so replying like this will only hurt your channels image.
This group dynamic is amazing in its reaction but not without flaws. Please listen to feedback and improve. Creators have complete freedom of expression but it takes time to do it well and it's often the freedom itself that can holds us back from improving.
@@SortaStupid Also while on the topic of reacting and channels I can't help but notice you created and labelled your channel on the basis of reacting to anime but then deviated into the general media or just things that are popular. There are strengths and weaknesses to whatever kind of reactions you make. The most saturated reactions are generalised and can be on anything, music, movie etc. A more niche reaction would mainly focus reacting to a certain range of things such as anime to manga/manwha, funny videos to discord memes, or even mix their reaction to content they make with news, philosophy or whatever the hell penguin0 does. There's great appeal to group reactions and even more with yours as I can see the podcast traits express in your reaction videos. Figure what kind of demographic you are trying to appeal to whether it's more niche, generalised or a combination. There's so much potential with reaction videos as there's always people looking to what others think about something they love.
I enjoy the reactions but I do wish that when you all get into in depth convo or explaining a character you'd pause the video so it's easier to hear one or the other

And the only reason you know these things, is because you have seen these shorts ALREADY. How in the world would they know the information from these shorts if they are watching them for the first time.
@@caloreen1992 Im not faulting the people as much as Im faulting blizzard on this for making PvP the main feature of the game since 2016 only for the sake of a glorified esport when the story and the characters are neglected ingame
Although I do get a bit worked up at these guys for lack of basic visual corelation skills. Like... you have a guy with a skull on his face, a sinister voice, dressed all in black, calls himself Reaper and they are like "hE bAd? 🤨" like huh?!

Ana was a better sniper than Widowmaker, but when they came face-to-face, Ana hesitated the shot and so Widowmaker managed to snipe her through the scope causing her one eye to be blind.
Also, Sigma's origin story is the best out of all these for me. And it's sad and amazing at the same time what he had been through.
When i first played Sigma, I haven't watched his origin story yet... So his ult line will never be the same for me after watching it. "What is that melody?"

Baptiste used to be part of Talon, the organisation Widowmaker, Reaper, Moira and Doomfist are part of, but he quit after finding out that they weren't helping the world, but trying to take control over everything

Guys I don't usually comment like this but this is the worst video/audio you have, one is trying to follow the story while two are talking over the cinematic about game, please for future reactions pause the video or turn the volume down because it was almost impossible to understand. I really like the banter you guys have in every video but for a non English speaker it was really difficult to follow all of what was happening at the same time. not hatting or anything like that just so you know for future reactions.

so good to see you guys doing the overwatch reaction series!!! Im so hyped for this. But just for the sake of the viewing experience, I feel like for the overwatch reaction series, it's better to let these reactors play every hero for like an hour and then do the story/shorts reaction, it'd be way better than it is now, like Ruff just sits there with confusion where Boom and others are just meming something that 80% of the stuff others dont even understand, coz there are just too many inside jokes and memes in overwatch that you have to play to understand. Now two super hyped, two confused and silent, the contrast is a bit obvious. It will always make it a better reaction video when reactors are feeling more relatable and emersive to the content rather than mentally stepping out of it and just watch it as "Oh! thats cool, good to know."
And also, Blizzard likes to make riddles and plant so many easter eggs in the stories and cinematics that you can find in game, map, spay, voice line and so on, in fact, apart from the main story, those details that hide in the corners are actually the essance and the most exciting part of the whole story line, which links EVERY HEROS and their relations and connections together. Almost all of the "cognitive ecstasy" comes from the moments when you discover "the relation between two things you knew but havent thought about them together and now it all make sense", you got that similar feeling of “OMFG that's why they want to publicly execute Ace!!”

14:52 that’s actually reaper that moira is experimenting on-both of them used to be in blackwatch, the covert ops division of overwatch to carry out shady work they kept hidden from the public. reaper, previously known as gabriel reyes, invited moira into blackwatch since her own shady work fit perfectly with blackwatch. moira joined the evil organization because they funded her research, while there’s still speculation going on about why reyes joined, but the popular theory seems to be that he’s abusing the organization to take them down from the inside.
Reyes wasn't trying to take down Blackwatch. He and Morrison were the only survivors of the soldier enhancement program, and were picked for Overwatch during the omnic crisis, where he was the leader until it was transferred to Jack Morrison, and in return, Reyes was given command of his own division of Overwatch.

Sigma's origin story is the best
Kiriko grew up and trained with Genji and Hanzo so in her origin story when her mother is training her and two boys those two are Genji and Hanzo. Reaper is also one of Moira's experiments which is why he's apart of talon.

hey hey, idk if anyone commented on this, those guys that are with kiriko at the end are a group of grafiti artists that she would hang out with and supposedly save people with. they are not in the game overwatch but are potential future characters
Doomfist release was also a big PvE event if I remember well.

the ending made me lose brain cells. kiriko has no affiliation to overwatch besides the fact her mum trained genji and hanzo so there is absolutely no reason why any of the overwatch crew would be any of those ending characters. and lucio? why the hell would lucio be in japan? he's currently trying to deal with liberating brazil. also, would it be possible for top right guy to take a chill pill? he complains so much

Ana was actually a better sniper than widow, she only got out sniped because she hesitated to shoot her deceased friends wife.

Yeah Widowmaker was originally the wife of an Overwatch operative and Ana's friend. She was brainwashed and trained into becoming Widowmaker so when Ana realized it was her, she hesitated and got shot.

Reinhardt saved Torbjorn's life on a mission, so Torb allowed Rein to name his daughter, as well as being her Godfather.

All of the characters at the end of Kiriko's origin aren't currently playable characters; they're her squad
So Moira was in Team Overwatch, but then sided with the more evil side being Blackwatch members included Rayas(Reaper) Genji and Jesse Mcree(or Cole Cassidy). Moira turned Rayas into Reaper then they both joined Talon which was an actual evil organization led by Doom Fist members being Widowmaker, Moira, Reaper, Sigma, Sombra(technically but she seems more mercenary) and the new character coming out named Ramatra(i think he is more of a representative of Null Sector though). Baptiste joined Talon to help people but after a long time of being bad he joined overwatch. Then i think the final faction is the Junker Town including Junker Queen, Roadhog, and Junkrat, maybe also Wrecking Ball as he is seen fighting and getting upgrades at Junker Town in his Origin Stories
