Thank you for detailing the minimalist mindset. I have tried to practice it since I became an adult.

great topic. i read fumio sasaki good bye things a while ago.... good eye opener. i am trying to declutter and reduce my things in my home. just feel like it is so suffocating with so much stuff. interestingly, in Hinduism in Vastu and Vedic astrology, one of the remedies to improve well being, planetary influence is to declutter and basically become a minimalist both externally and internally. thank you as always

MA - 間, is the first Japanese concept that I sought out and learned. I did not realize at the time, it was making space for all of the other teachings that would follow ✨
In my home I have a beautiful painting that represents ascension and restoration. It is the theme of my journey right now.
Thank You so much for all your important teachings 🙏

I really appreciate this Ma way of life. I just wondered how one embraces sickness and pain with Ma. Appreciate your thoughts on this. Thank you.

@@josephlai9759 we can divert our focus from pain and sickness to the empty space in our mind. That also creates a space for healing ❤️‍🩹

@@josephlai9759 it does requires lots of efforts but it is possible to do so as long as we have a strong intention, trust and belief, as I experienced that by myself.

Very informative ❤ I know of a prayer in Shinto, I think it is called Harahi no Kotoba there is a pause, a moment of silence after the line: amatsu Norito...
I felt that this is a significance of creating space to allow the Kami-sama to manifest. To allow things to manifest. Thank you for reminding me of this.
