This patch is designed to overhaul gameplay and add new features to Batman - Revenge Of The Joker on Sega Genesis.
Changes and Features:
--------------------
*Weaponry has been buffed to match the NES version
*Slide now has an short invulnerability window
*Jump Kick now has an short invulnerability window
*Batman's Health is restored when advancing to the next level
*Less time needed to charge special weapons
*Batman's lean forward stance has been removed when Idle.
*Hit box for Jump kick adjusted
*Electricity and Buzzsaw sounds have been removed from stage 2-1 and 3-1 respectively
*Improved timing for more responsive control.
-Can jump immediately after firing when standing still
-Landing animation removed
-Pre-jump animation removed
-Increased animation speed when kicking
Color Select:
--------------------
At the main menu, Hold A, B, C and optinally left or right and press start to begin the game.
Batman has Nine new costume colors in addition to his original colors.
Start - Blue and Grey (Original)
A - Blue (Movie)
B - Purple and Blue (Batzarro)
C - Red
A + Left - Green
B + Left - Grey
C + Left - Orange and Red
A + Right - Purple
B + Right - Pink
C + Right - Gold
Optional patch:

*An optional patch is included to remove a majority of the blinking frames during Batman's Invulnerability.
NOTE:
*Color select not available when entering passwords
*Compatible with Batman - Revenge of The Joker SRAM

Some color and sfx tweaks along with an MSU-MD patch for NES music could do it.
This is one of those games I bet Nintendo paid sunsoft to make the Genesis version look, sound, and play like garbage so the NES version looked that much better!

@@ens0246 I have a way to swap existing sounds and music currently. I'd have to bring in someone knowledgeable to add new sounds.

@@BillyTime I'm one of the arrangers for Mega Man: The Sequel Wars. Since that game is on a indefinite hiatus for the time being, I'd be willing to work on making new arrangements for this version of the game, if that interests you. Return of the Joker is one of my favorite Sunsoft games, although to be quite honest I'm just a huge Sunsoft fan in general, lol

@@forple8930 This is the first I'm hearing of the Sequel Wars being on hiatus. That's a shame, I've been eagerly awaiting Mega Man 6 the most of all. I got it for my birthday the year it came out!
The hack worked fine for me for the most part. But when I tried to change the color of Batman's suit, it didn't work. Maybe I'm doing it all wrong
I prefer the graphics of this version over the snes version's graphics. Music definitely needs to improve. May i suggest getting the instruments of Batman MD made by sunsoft?
@@Mr.madmight266 I know little about music editing. I'd like to see an MD+ hack in the future to add the NES soundtrack.
@BillyTime well maybe making the game compatible with sega CD can be a good quick solution.
Hello, I discovered a bug in your Megaman the Wily Wars double jump hack. When I change the game's button settings (I generally like A=shot, B=jump and C=window), Megaman just jumps once and then doesn't jump anymore, this happens in the American version.

Brother, a question, when should I press the button combination for Batman's color? It didn't work for me.
Just have to keep those buttons held when you start the game. The code will trigger just before the Stage 1 text.

The ones that don't appear are the combination A+Left, should I press one first or both at the same time?

Excelente, agora o único ponto fraco dessa versão são os gráficos, cuja arte é bem tosca em comparação aos outros jogos do Batman pros 16-bit.
The SNES version is not good at all
I know right. Weird. Same with SNES ports of the Ninja Gaiden Trilogy games.
