Just like in the first game, • Batman Black Edition -... this hack also combines various elements from other hacks and graphical edits to deliver a unique experience:
Title Screen Graphics Edited.
Palette Hack ver. 1.0 by Devilfox: Modifies the color palette of the character sprite and cutscenes to give them a darker tone.
Movement Hack ver. 1.0 by omega_rugal: This hack reduces the delay the character experiences when starting to walk and also minimizes slippery controls. Specifically:
Reduced delay when starting the walking animation.
Batman stops sliding earlier.
No longer gets stunned when hit.
Update 1.0d: Small adjustments to some cutscenes and the title screen.
This combination of enhancements results in smoother gameplay and a darker visual atmosphere, aligning the hack with a more serious tone compared to the original game.

There aren't many shades of gray on the NES to be able to create shading, it's a price to pay to change the color.
@@washingtonsouza.2183 There are two, they only used one, that's what baffles me. There's are also dark blue that look would look grey next to actual grey and black. There is also the option of dithering to consider. Y'gotta know your limitations and make most out of them, not just accept failure. "It's impossible!" no it's not, try harder :p
@@RaposaCadela Yes, it is using two shades of gray, but the darker ones (00 and 2D), if you view it in the PPU View of Mesen or FCEUX you will see that it is true. And then you're trying to emulate the dark clothes that in films and comics have almost no variation, finally this coloring was done by someone else as explained on the hack website, so complain to them.

it's a palette hack with an additional pre-existing movement hack added to it. check the link in the video description. it's not that serious. it's a game.
