  • Brighton and Sussex University Trust started its Physiotherapy led Virtual Fracture clinic in September 2013. So far we have managed over 6000 patients using this method and have now produced this video series to help explain common injuries.
    Please only use these videos as a guideline for how to manage the titled injury after you have been given an official diagnosis from the Virtual Fracture Clinic or an Orthopaedic Consultant.

    Thanks, I will do the exercises shown at the end hope they help as my foot is hurting a lot. Have spoken to gp so am under guidance. I found the video by doing a google search. Thanks again :)

    I had glass cut my foot open.Hit an artery.Had emergency surgery ...Now a year later I stand too long after 3 hours foot hurts.What is the cause?

      the glass that cut your foot open may be the cause
