  • The Golden State Warriors seem to be on the cusp of a dynasty. Bleacher Report spoke with the team and coaches to discover the secret behind this uniquely talented roster.
    The only thing more historic than its record this season is the way in which this team was built. Every piece fits perfectly, and the squad is constructed in a way that some say can never be replicated.
    Watch this video for everything you could want to know about the blueprint of the Golden State Warriors.

That's like Golden State without Draymond and Klay. So it's completely different and Golden state just choked.... Steph 17 points in game 7. 1-9 from 3 game 7 LMAO! THEY GOT EXTREMELY LUCKY WTF.. Steph Curry, Draymond Green, Bogut, Livingston, ALL flawed players before playing and developing for the Warriors... now of course you have to give it to the coaching staffs and organization and of course players for overcoming their criticisms, but they still are mostly lucky to have had these subpar prospects and veteran wash ups turn out so well for them... ALSO GSW have a top3 crowd and atmosphere (OKC and TO).

Each one of these guys make a small move to the other direction and history could have been totally, totally different for many people. Kind of a butterfly effect, small, even unexpected details could influence on the final outcome. Good luck now with your life's decisions.

    I'm not even a Warriors fan. But for all the idiots that keep saying 3-1 about them, they didn't even have their whole team for 3 of the loses. Bogut went down when a knee injury and he's there paint defender and rebounder and LeBron had to cry at the press conference about Green, having him suspended for a game. With all that, it made it 1000% easier for the Cavs to win and once they did they had all the momentum going into game 7. If Bogut and Green are playing Warriors would have taken it in a max 6 games.

    • @DroGodina
      @DroGodina 6 років тому +5

      The way I look at the 2016 Finals, none of the injuries matter. IT WENT TO 7 GAMES, and both teams had a 50/50 chance of winning Game 7 AT Oracle Arena in Oakland. Now, Draymond played a hell of a Game 7, but in retrospect, I didn't see much from Curry as I would have expected, considering the magnitude of the situation. Plus, you can't say that Andrew Bogut is as indispensable of a player AS Green or even the likes of Livingston, Speights, and/or Barbosa at the time.
      My point is, Warriors SHOULD have won in 7.

    If there is one thing that is could be unprecedented is that the Warriors scouting was favoring a certain type of player and skill set to compliment what they got with Klay and Steph. Barnes and Green are both tall and long for their position. Also helps that both can also shoot the three-ball. Iguodala is also long for his position with an even better resume as a defender, though he showed he's better coming off the bench until certain matchups showed itself. This was also consistent with their priority of getting Livingston who was a very tall point guard who can come off the bench. Many other role players they have are also tall wings who can shoot. And this would prove to be pivotal in their kind of position-less basketball where they can still play that kind of defense that suffocates the perimeter and wings while having bigs like Bogut who can protect the rim. Now 3-and-D guys who are long are highly valued in the league with Barnes who will possibly command a team paying him big money this off season.
