All these Star Wars Fan Films I've watched this afternoon are amazing on such a small budget. THESE are the people that Disney should hire to make the feature films. They understand the HEART of the story, which got lost in Episode 8.

Yeah I’ve spent my entire day off just watching amazing films. It’s so great and because they’re done by fans they know what we want to see, stories for adult fans of Star Wars, not 2hr long toy commercials
Amazing what a bunch of passionate people can accomplish with next-to-zero budget. Quite nice and somewhat original story, combined with decent acting and impessive special effects. Congratulations, this is truly enjoyable!
Rainer Putzinger “Next-to-zero” is relative. Compared to a real Star Wars film, you’re right that it’s negligible. But I’m guessing it wasn’t cheap either. The costumes, makeup and special effects aren’t bad, and that takes money to make happen. They must’ve done some decent fundraising
I agree completely Rainer Putzinger. I also noticed when Vader's ship left at the end it seemed to show allot more detail in the way it moved the the landing gear and wings. I don't think It was ever that detailed in any of the Lucas or Disney films. Excellent job all the way around.

I can't help but cringe and wonder.. why So yeah I quite liked this Film had a couple non-human Jedi as it should be - an improvement for sure

Your actors did a great job bringing the characters to life, wonderful script, and feature-film level FX. I've been a part of this since the beginning back in 1977, and have been assembling a personal library of S. W. novels ever since, well over 600 now. Your story-line fleshes out an incredible part of the of the formation of both the Empire, AND the Rebellion. There is so much yet to be explored in this particular time-span. This was the first time I've had the opportunity to see one of your films, will definitely be on the look-out for more!!!

Wow. Fans have a much better awareness of what makes a good Star Wars movie. This and other fan made movies perfectly illustrate that a good story is more important than the best special effects.

Watched from beginning to end. Very credible Star Wars Story. Indeed, enormous professionalism in the cinematography. And such a fantastic story. I could imagine this at full length in a theater. Well done!
This was good story telling. The production I felt took itself seriously, before I knew it i was involved with the characters. They don't have the Disney budget by no means. At this point I didn't care, as we used to say bravo my hat is off to you and your whole team. From the PA's, assist Dir and the Director and the script writers...be well to all. I loved the use of flashbacks to keep the story going. It also helped to build up suspense and intrigue. I would love a part 2!! (A pity that it isn’t monetized. It’s a really good film)

What a fantastic film. I would like to thank everyone involved in putting this together, it was very enjoyable to watch. For me, rarely do fan films stir an emotional connection or a feeling of investment with the characters, this piece of art manages to do that. The quality of all the moving parts (story plot, acting, pacing, sfx, audio, cinematography and even the voice over dub etc.) is exceptional and you can really feel the love that went into this project. The action sequences hold true to the original trilogy and I felt they did not need crazy acrobatics or stunts to convey the suspense (too many fan films focus on action, often times cheesy). All in all the only thing I can end with is kudos to the cast and crew and, I hope you produce more content in the future. Cheers!
This was fantastic, I've seen a lot of Star Wars fan films, but this one is by far the best, you can really see the effort put into it and it really felt like Star Wars. I'm definitely gonna recommend it, great job. 😁

Loved the origin story. How it showed how a dedicated Jedi can be seduced. It had so many events it was more satisfying than recent large budget Disney trash films. ❤️it. Want more.

I really like the Twi'lek. You did a great job with this villain; starting out with good intentions and slowly been consumed by the dark side. Even to the point of caring more about his rage against the Jedi than unlocking that holocron. Great job overall as well though. Even the music felt right in Star Wars, though you didn't use John Williams' score.
Impressive... Most impressive. I have seen a few fan-films in my time, and most I cannot sit through much less become invested in. This kept my attention and I actually found myself engaged and sad at the loss of the master. You obviously actually have not only a good grasp on the Star Wars Universe Methodology but also have the ability to translate that into a audio/video experience. Wow, Nice Work! Seriously I am pretty picky when it comes to Star Wars plots and flow. Not perfect, but very nice indeed.
Pretty good! The dialogue could use more work, but when making a film with very little budget, it’s actually extremely top notch! I’m sure it’s exceeded everyone’s expectations when it was done with minimalist funding & a lot of volunteer work! Great job for making a film without having millions of dollars to do it! Hopefully Hollywood will recognize it & hire the people who worked on it!

Most impressive indeed. Some fanfilms lack in costumes, some in acting and other in effects. There are some which make it right but none on a such scale and with such ambition. And... maybe it's "just" good acting but those people... they really look like the roles they portray. All in all that means you're the best so far. Hope to see some more projects in the future.
At lest none of them sounded like Americans or British accents . By the way, I can only under stand English. I have read through 90 minutes worth of sub title to watch a fan film spoken in Italian before. Also seen a few good 40 minute films in Spanish .
With all the detail with saber color, interesting and thoughtful storytelling and very passionately crafted details of the Star Wars lore scattered all around this is definitely one of the best Star Wars fan films I have seen in a long while. Very well done!
I applaud the effort undertaken here, and the original story. Few plot holes I noticed are: exiles wouldn't know who Vader is, and the Jedi wouldn't know that Vader is Skywalker. I'm quite glad to have gotten the opportunity to watch this, however, and appreciate everybody who helped put it together so well.
This was great, really fan made movies have come so far. I enjoyed everything bit of this, the plot, the arc of the characters and sequence of smooth transitions of scenes. Wonderfully put together and so my many congratulations on a job well done 👍
Gotta respect the passion. Pretty much every issue I have with this film could be fixed with a bigger budget. Truly excellent work for such a low budget project.
There is SO MUCH great SW content out there ... and we are stuck with this Disney-TLJ-bullshit. THANK YOU, guys. I really enjoyed this. You captured the mood and the essence of STAR WARS. I'm glad that I found this masterpiece. That you even came up with an unmistakable "own" soundtrack, that nontheless resembles John Williams simply swept me of my feet. THIS is STAR WARS. Period.

Most impressive indeed. Some fanfilms lack in costumes, some in acting and other in effects. There are some which make it right but none on a such scale and with such ambition. And... maybe it's "just" good acting but those people... they really look like the roles they portray. All in all that means you're the best so far. Hope to see some more projects in the future.
At lest none of them sounded like Americans or British accents .
By the way, I can only under stand English.
I have read through 90 minutes worth of sub title to watch a fan film spoken in Italian before. Also seen a few good 40 minute films in Spanish .
With all the detail with saber color, interesting and thoughtful storytelling and very passionately crafted details of the Star Wars lore scattered all around this is definitely one of the best Star Wars fan films I have seen in a long while. Very well done!
I applaud the effort undertaken here, and the original story. Few plot holes I noticed are: exiles wouldn't know who Vader is, and the Jedi wouldn't know that Vader is Skywalker. I'm quite glad to have gotten the opportunity to watch this, however, and appreciate everybody who helped put it together so well.
A good addition to the Star Wars family.

This was great, really fan made movies have come so far. I enjoyed everything bit of this, the plot, the arc of the characters and sequence of smooth transitions of scenes. Wonderfully put together and so my many congratulations on a job well done 👍
