This was such an incredible scene. Watching it again, I noticed that behind Dr. K is items related to Jack - such as the coffee mug and the Super Bowl on the tv - symbolizing how important Dr. K was to Rebecca during Jack’s life and death. I hope all of us have such a profound & comforting experience when our time comes & the train of our mind is on its last journey.
Because at the time Kate wasn't present at her mother's bedside yet, and Rebecca could sense it. Kevin and Randall were there, but Kate was delayed. She made it in the end though.
