Great video. One minor correction. Plants don't "choose" to keep fruit unripe until the seed is ready. It just so happens that plants that do are better at passing their genes on and those that don't fail to pass their genes on. So you see plants behave like this not because they choose to but because those that didn't behave like this failed to pass their genes down to a new generation.
Great video, I knew about the fridge but not about the bananas, I buy avocados from Costco and lately I've been having trouble ripening them. Thanks for the tip Scott 💚
Great but all I wanted to know is how to get my avocado ripe! This was a whole science class. Albeit a very good one! Still… I think it should be named something like the science behind ripening avocados and keeping them longer… maybe too long a title. Thank You!
So educational! Love how much work you add in to details 🍌🥑
Thank you, Svet! ☺️🥑
Love the "ripening noise" 😂

Now I know what I can make them last longer.
Fabulous! Enjoy ☺️ 🥑
I put an avocado with a bunch of bananas, it caused all the bananas to ripen and the avocado remained hard. FML
