an even more advanced technique would be to refund detector quality and/or radar speed to get those points even faster. and make sure to bag the trash with the stock of bags you start with while you wait for the drone/signals.
For any new players to the game, I woukd recommend doing trash in tandem with daily tasks. It gives you money for trashbags, and once your trash supply is expended, your tasks arent really easy (and thus you get more money from them). Trash is really good in the first few days, but once you run out, then that income is gone
Also I just realized, if your planning on making omega Kerfur don’t sell the individual trash, sell the trash that you can bag up until you make omega Kerfur, then sell the rest of it that you didn’t need (I know from experience lol)
This is pretty handy technique even in 7.0 version, but I prefer to do it differently. As soon as I get in to a base, I take the biggest loan and upgrade a signal processing level as much as money allow me, as soon as first tasks come in they will be at least processing level 2. And even with no processing speed upgrades, I am making enough drives for the tasks just fine. Bigger processing level, more money obviously. As soon as processing level is maxed out i start with the trash. I havent played version 6.0 but I believe we get much less free trash bags now
@@logan_ly3815 at the workbench, you can turn plastic things into plastic materials, the tapes into electronic scrap. Don't wanna spoil what you can make out of those, if you want, look it up.
@@logan_ly3815 the garage there is a work station (the one where a saw and hammer lies), there you can convert different materials into components. just put a bunch of wood scraps, paper or metal garbage onto it and press E use the table to craft those things into the component parts. somewhere in the base (not cellar) there is also a piece of paper that explains that stuff, that's the reason I know about it ^^
Yea the trashbags money is pretty good, helped a lot when i was getting Kerfus, i know there's crafting but i don't mess much with it, only for molotov.
Idk what it is but this fkin game has me looking up how every mechanics is working cuz nothings working properly. When i click them trashpiles it doesnt fill those exact same bags its starting to piss me off id just like to play without alt+tabing every seconds
good grief that is expensive. thank you though also it turns out i was using the wrong version (mop is in 0.6.2b) and that's why i couldnt find it anywhere. in case anyone has the same problem

quick tip, alt+e stores items into your inventory without needing to scroll

You can turn the trash items into salvage using the workbench in the garage. Just set the things atop and craft. Sells great.

I think this is something you might not do or not on the same scale in newer updates since the trash can be converted to crafting materials.
