What a great and not a regular find. The whistle is awesome. And 2 IHP's. Hope your are staying warm and dry up there. We have snow and ice here in Delaware. Love the video😊
Got to love those IH's, they will make anybody's day! Awesome finds Charlie, that last IH looked like it had a "S" mint. hope so. God Bless you! (Glen) WV.
Another great video Charlie. Thank you for sharing! I’m sure you’re probably down for the winter like me so it’s nice to still see fresh videos from earlier in 2024
Hi Charlie, I am over on the west coast and I primarily hunt & detect for Raw Gold and secondary mid 1800’s Coins and other stuff. I use two detectors normally in the areas I go into. (1) ORX (a VLF machine) and (1) Minelab GPX4500 (a PI Machine.) I am 1000% confident that with the a good quality PI Machine like the 4500 you’d be digging 18” deep targets and even deeper!!! Unfortunately VLF technology has it’s limits in depth ! The Pi machines will see clearly what the VLF are NOT capable to see!!! … Unfortunately the VLF machines will only go so deep!!! So all these areas that you’ve hammered over and over again with VLF’s > I would bet using a good PI machine with 18” DD coil or mono coil all These areas hammered areas would all light up again and be loaded with good deeper targets!!! Just saying…. Happy hunting Brother!
A good day Charlie.. Some very nice items found to be sure. Just a thought though,"6-"8-"10 etc. may be the depth of a given hole dug, but I doubt each item uncovered is at the absolute bottom of the hole as measured, more accurately it's usually found somewhere within the third, second to last, or perhaps the last scoop. I say this because once the dirt is removed, you ordinarily poke around with the pinpointer, and the item is found somewhere in that accumulated removed dirt pile, and you are not generally finally visualizing it resting on the bottom of a "10 ,or whatever depth you elect to stop digging at hole.At least that's what I'm seeing you doing time and again. Just an observation. Wishing you continued good hunting.
Enjoyed the not winter detecting video. 57 days until spring. 💪
I love to see that 12" coil come out to play. It seems to make a difference!

That coil really nails those deeper targets. Buckles and IHP's make it a great Not Thursday
Imagine all the stuff deeper at other sites.
Record snow in Florida and an early spring in NH? What is the world coming to?I
Congrats on the finds.
Pleased to see this video.
That IHP deserves an IPA.
Dos the depth gage still give you a good accurate idea how deep coins are ?
I'm fairly certain that you taped this during the Summer months...😂
Looks like in the one dig, he was amongst the leaves of 3 leave be....
I dunno why you remind me of Jeremy Wade, but I keep expecting you to go fishing.
