I adore your honesty and what you put out. It's such comfort for me. And I want you to know that I'm here for your content changing as you change - as your life changes. It's refreshing to see someone go with the flow of the shifts in their life and not just sticking with content that they know can get lots of views. Obviously there can be space for that too! But your content feels very authentic. Thank you xx
Tara this was everything I really reflected when you talked about honoring your needs enough to just conserve and be home to give energy to what you need to do
I really noticed how much I don’t do that enough for myself and I really feel like it’s so helpful to be able to learn this stuff from you in a way. Thank you dearly for this
Loved this. I was absolutely spiraling emotionally last week and I too checked, and was a few days out from my period. Those emotions are real but your head can really make it worse than it is. I feel like a new person a week later! How we love to be women. Thanks for sharing 😊
Drawing is my favourite way to relax, I’m not good at it but it’s nice to do something without it being for any purpose but to be creative in a different way, oh I just got some oil pastels and felt the same way but I’m definitely more of a charcoal girlie ha! but it’s nice to try these things out! Also yes I did notice the change in your makeup and I love it!! Ruth’s makeup is gorgeous too!
Loved this video, especially the first part - it is reaching me at the right time, and like a lot of the chatty bits in your other videos, it's most likely something that I will come back to over and over for some guidance 💫 And this video also 33:33 long come onnnnnnn 🤌
I loved this chitchat vlog format although i had to take a break it was triggering 😢 knowing how to take care of myself through shityy time and hearing from you again , i have been in that dark place trying to start doing some steps but i don't know where to start ❤
@@TarMarz Brilliant, thanks. Foxford rings a bell. Really enjoyed that video. Finding ways to ground yourself during emotionally turbulent times using small tasks really speaks to me atm after a fairly traumatic post partum period on my first baby. Now 2 years, and another baby later I'm much more comfortable with sitting with negative emotions and just letting myself feel them. Took a serious amount of work, and let's be honest distance, from the traumatic experience to be able to do. Completely agree that we try run from negative emotions all the time, I'm very guilty of it and trying to work on it. Grief being a challenge!
