@@camouflageartist8897The reason I wouldn’t move to Africa is because of some of its underdeveloped infrastructure and blackouts, the weather is too hot, not being able to get certain products, lack of conveniences, and it’s too far away from family. Some of these are the same reasons why I wouldn’t move to Iceland. If I did move out of the country, it would probably be to Mexico bc I already am familiar with the language and it is cheaper than the U.S., yet right next door. Canada wouldn’t work bc is too expensive, and I want to live around a BIPOC-ish community.
To go from Bushwick to Iceland, man. The bravery, mentality and trust in self to do that is impressive. She found her happy place. May we all find our special place in the world.
She seems truly happy. Iceland is beautiful and looks peaceful. She wanted to be where she felt welcomed. I am fine with visiting nearby beautiful parks and places. But I like living close to my family.
Perhaps @camouflageartist8897 take a class on effective listening, comprehension, logic and reasoning. Then maybe you are tackle the reality of countries ravaged, pillaged, enslaved and colonized by rogues. 😏😆
I'm a black woman from Philly living in Germany for 17 years,. I've been following Jewells on UA-cam for awhile. Her content resonates with me especially dealing with race. I love this for her❤❤
I am from the Caribbean. Living in Germany since 2009. My husband is German and we have kids. I feel the same. Germany is my home. All the best to you all out there who moved far away and found a new home. 🌸
Why did you feel the Caribbean was not your home? I'm half swedish and half brazilian, born and raised in Sweden, my dream is to go to the Caribbean to see how it is there!
I never thought as a black man from South Carolina, I’d be living in China and that I’d enjoy it. The people are mostly curious but are also very warm and friendly.
how many years? whats employment like? most expats in asia make in no longer than 10 yrs, and operating bar or restaurant is pretty much your best bet. no corporate climbing. what about healthcare? In singapore they can block foreign expats from settling because they make you pay for your own healthcare
I’m a black brit. I went to Iceland in 2022 and it was one of the best trips I ever had! Jewells heavily inspired me to take my solo trip there with her content 🙌🏿
As a black woman, went to iceland never felt racism, only country I felt no "weird" energy for the entire trip, thank God- if I did that would have ruined my experience and we drove around the entire country.
It’s amazing what one’s mental health can do to them. Poor mental health will have us believing things that aren’t true. Learning self love and self worth will change how we perceive things around us.
@@lastreal4111 As a black man that travels THE ENTIRE WORLD and samples almost every culture, I side eye "black" people that travel to HOMOGENOUS or ALL WHITE COUNTRIES and say: " I never felt ANY KIND OF RACISM or weird vibes". 🤣#RoseColoredGlassesMuch
@@lastreal4111 - Modern day Blacks have no idea what "racism" is. The moments of prejudice and bigotry one will experience are far and few between. And to make matters worse, the overwhelming majority of Blacks experience more intra-bigtory and intra-prejudice from other Blacks, than they do from non-Blacks. Black Baby Boomers and Silent Generation can say they lived through true racism. Gen X'ers, Millennials, and Gen Zs cry racism for sport, because in their minds, it's the "Black thing to do", and to create an excuse why the world hasn't given them what they've been told by Blacks and others, they were entitled to. And I've lived overseas, and the American Blacks, notably the women be on some bullsh*t. When they are in the states, they claim they are under so much pressure to adhere to the status quo, materialism, they can't do this, they can't do that, but then when they go overseas, they things they refused to do in the US, they magically have an interest in. Hiking and seeing the wonders of the earth was beneath you in the US, but get overseas and now you want to be Ms. Walk of the Earth?
I’ve been diligently working, saving and contributing towards financial freedom and early retirement, but the economy so far since the pandemic has eaten away most of my portfolio, what I want to know is this: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets or do I look into alternative sectors.
I’m a contractor, and my job doesn’t permit me the time to properly analyze my holdings/evaluate stocks myself, so I’ve had a fiduciary actively restructuring my portfolio for the past 7 years now to match the present market condition and that’s how I’ve been able to stay afloat, knowing when to buy and sell…maybe you should do the same.
"Izella Annette Anderson" is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment
The market has overall grown a ton since the beginning of the pandemic - I’m curious how you have your portfolio set up? Whether to change your approach really depends on when you plan on retiring. If you can ride it out a few more decades, the approach is to keep throwing money in the market and buying things “on sale” when it’s down.
So happy for our sister. Iceland looks absolutely beautiful and clean. I admire your spirit to leave the US and move to another country. Takes a lot of guts. Happy you are happy and you found love. Keep doing you Sis. Love your lots too! Stay blessed!

My then girlfriend, now wife surprised me with a trip to Iceland. Both of us are black and we didn't know anyone who's been there. I was intrigued. It was one of the best vacations I ever had. We went to the Blue Lagoon. I swear it felt like we were on another planet with the big mossy rocks and bright blue geothermal lakes. Reykjavik looks like an Euro city. I want to go back one day to see more nature.
Definitely do the Golden Circle and beyond. Also, you can hike to lovely hot springs that are free, in nature and amazing. I am a black mom who went with my young adult daughters. We had and amazing time, rented a small vehicle (it was in May) and drove somewhere amazing everyday while we were there.
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for...
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes...
@@Elliot-Ivan The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
Black from California - Grew up in Asia - 12 years. Have longed to be back overseas my whole life and trying to make it work in 2025. Dad moved overseas and never came back. Per the comments on US racism, yes, once you experience life abroad you will wonder why you put up with this mess and never want to come back.
No offense but you’ll experience racism or ignorance at some point while traveling too. It’s not just the U.S. For years, Europeans especially in the U.K would brag about how they’re not racist but we see that’s a lie with what’s going on with the migrants rn 🥴
Mindset is the key. If we continue to tell ourselves we are victims to something that probably isn’t happening we begin to believe it. I have watched many videos of people being arrested in the US and it seems that law enforcement has a fear of arresting black criminals due to whatever reasons. Yet if one looks at the statistics in the US a white person is more likely to be gunned down by law enforcement. The media will have one believe anything that brings division. It’s not unusual for males to move out of the country. They tend to believe they can find females overseas who are more gullible to the American man. Especially if the male likes to put up a front of wealth.
First, people want to hear more. I'm a Black man in the Midwest and I can't wait to leave the area. Not from here, from the south and east coast. It's tricky because they are socially open and liberal but secretly they hold your career and employment back.
She is right. Some people are not meant to live in the USA. She was not afraid to pursue her inner longing and curiosity. Which means she is Brave. I've lived abroad in different countries during my 33 yr Military career. I have....Memories and Dreams to remember. God Bless you Lady.

So I'm Chinese by ethnicity, but because my father was a Chinese diplomat in Brussels at the time, I was born in Belgium. And I've lived in many countries in Europe, North/Cental/South America and a couple of years in Taiwan. I've encountered racism but mostly it didn't bother me. By the time I was an adult, I had become a Chinese-American, a college grad, got drafted in the Sixties, so Vietnam was my war, received an honorable discharge, went back to grad school, became an aerospace engineer, retired, and now am a father and grandfather. My feeling was that we're all the same in the sense that we all want to live a clean life, a peaceful life, and leave this earth a better place than we found it. But with climate change, I'm afraid that the world is becoming far more dangerous, unstable, and corrupt. And time isn't on our side.
i could not have said it better myself. I traveled to Greece in the 1980's and really felt welcomed. I have also traveled across the United States and not been subjected to racism or maybe I just ignored it. Actually unless it affects our physical well being education employment health care or housing it is not something folks pay attention to. My concern is for the future of the next generation and that they too have opportunities to travel and see the world.
Perspective is a fascinating subject and as for a standard human life cycle it's pretty much the same as anyone else would want, the bare necessities and an ideal life. That's an adult's goal and it's so hard and confusing. Easy when you're a kid thinking it but growing up reality is not so colorful like commercials make it seem happy and cheery. I have regrets in not learning languages as a kid as I enjoy other cultures and as an adult wish I had even more, esp. something to fall back as a secondary career option. I've seen a lot of people living in countries who don't have to be overwhelmed in financial struggles and such. It's amazing to know there are better options of living where its more manageable. Language learning is important. I enjoy listening to your comment because it's vital to understand each culture of person's feelings in interests to going aboard,; living etc. The perspective viewpoint changes each time with each person's ethnicity.

Back in 2007, during my time working in real estate, I witnessed people purchasing newly built homes from builders with the plan to sell them before the closing of escrow to another buyer for a profit. Living in the US is stressful. The violence (including mass sh**tings, cost of living to include healthcare, education and taxes, congested traffic, pesticides in foods, racism, political divide, etc.) makes the US a very stressful place to live.
I’m African American who’s been living overseas for 20 years now. I can relate to your stories ; special about people here see me as American and colour rarely gets discussed.
Probably less discussed because there are fewer of you there. Not enough yet to upset the apple cart. The more “diversity” increases though, the higher the crime rates. Fact.
Why named yourself African American? Are you black? And by chance of being American? Are your oarents Africans? Like the Hispanic, rubbish is on these days. We need to educate ourselves a little bit better. I'm a mixed-race woman from the Caribbean, and I refuse to be called Hispanic because I'm not. What on earth that even means? Shakira, is Colombian. So nice to see Jewells having a great time in Iceland. And finally we get to see her new boyfriend! I came across Jewell's podcasts in 2019, which helped me get excited and learn more about living in Iceland. I had a great year there for sure, despite the pandemic. Where are you moving to if I may ask? I'm curious about what countries people like to move to! I'm half swedish and half brazilian and I live in Sweden!
@@XGoldenPhoenixX Italy! My great grandpa on my mom’s (she’s Italian and Senegalese, and my dad is Welsh and African American) side came over from a little place in the south called Decollatura! But I’ll settle for anywhere in southern Italy or Sicily. In my research, I found out that we can get citizenship through him! I’m still doing research but I’m getting more and more excited! How are you liking Sweden? I was considering Sweden, the Netherlands, and Iceland.
@@cuoredolce29 Oh that's a cool mix! Wow that's really nice if you can get the citizenship! I love Sweden, when I grew up I really wanted to live elsewhere but when you are a kid you don't appreciate the things you have the same way haha. But it's a beautiful country, we are experiencing criminality here now in a way that we didn't before and there is more polarity growing in the country which is unfortunate and it makes it feel less safe, but I still like it. There are things I don't like and things that are wonderful, there is no perfect place on earth. The Netherlands seems nice but if you like nature it's kind of crowded there, this is what is so great with Sweden because we have a lot of forests and nature it's not so populated as the Netherlands for example. Sweden and Italy is very different, as the north of Europe and south Europe is so different. I love the culture in the southern countries in Europe, because it's more open and warm, people are out more on the streets at night, it's more like in Brazil. In Sweden things can close early in the evening so that's a bit boring haha, but not everything closes early, it's still earlier in general than what it is in warmer countries. It gets really hot during the summers in Italy so I think tourism to northern countries during summer is going to grow in the future. Have you been to Italy before? I went to Sicily when I was a child and then I went to Milano a few years ago!
I've been following Jewells years. Happy to see her flourish from podcast to UA-cam to sponsored ads. Plus, I love seeing her lopapeysa (Icelandic sweater) in all of her videos. Thanks for spreading joy and knowledge.

Related to the race issue she discussed; I'm glad to hear that she hasn't experienced racism. From my observations, there may be some prejudice in a foreign country but it usually just stems from lack of understanding. People in those countries don't have a reason for any racial animosity. Different from the US, where racial issues are deeply rooted in society.
it's stem from number, once immigratation get to such a level that the native dont fell at home in thier own country/start to feel foreigner in their native homeland tension start to rise which make sense

We loved living in Iceland, once we were used to the climate. We lived in Keflavik. Our number one son was born there so it was a very special and happy time. I really enjoyed my time there. The weather can be “iffy” at times but we were told to not sit around waiting for “good weather”, but to make plans and “just go and do it”, whether it’s a trip to Reykjavik or finding a place to camp, which, I never thought I’d be camping in the snow, but a group of us did it and had a blast. The locals were pretty nice too. I loved the hotdogs called pilser, made from goat or sheep. While I was pregnant I craved them, and the fish called Issa was the best I’ve ever tasted. Some of our Icelandic friends worked on a fishing vessel and would bring us a fish which was so huge it made many many meals. I know how good cit feels young lady.
Im 36 & already started my plan to move out of the U.S. I came to the conclusion that another country would be best in my late 20s. I get more excited the closer I get to the move & and see more people on a similar journey💚💚💚💚💚.
I lived abroad for a while. I totally agree that the stress level was nothing like America. I say that all of the time. I wish you much, much succes my dear sister.
I am just always so sad when Black folks move to other countries and say that race isn't as big of a deal in their new country than it was at home, which just further proves how racist of a country this is. Also, my heart smiles every time I see Black Americans living out their dreams in a new country, on THEIR OWN TERMS. It is just such a beautiful thing. Literally makes my heart smile.
Oh wow are you ever missing a huge point. 😂 So these places they go to, that are less “racist”, are they by any chance less populated by blacks ? Ohhhhh. Have they ruined things yet in these nicer places ? Probably not. Give it time though. Demographics always show that “diversity” increases crime. The more diversity the higher the crime rate. That’s not racism, it’s facts.
Race is an issue in many places however in slot of places American nationality supersedes race. Other black immigrants regardless of if they’re from Africa, South America, Caribbean, Asia etc don’t enjoy the same privileges.
She is glowing with pure happiness. Yes, it is expensive, but the trade-offs are immense, health care, clean air, and water. I will take it. :-) Live your best life.

I started watching Jewells’ channel during the pandemic in 2021. Having a grandparent who was Swedish, and my partner’s grandparents who were from Norway, we both still have family in Scandinavia, so it was great to see the perspective of an American living in the region.
It's so hard to at times to think of leaving the U.S. Especially at my age. My biggest obstacle is finances. I am soooo loving this young lady's experience. If I couldn't live there. I'm inspired to visit.
I’m American and I’ve lived in Japan, Korea, Italy and I’m currently in the process of immigrating permanently to NZ with my partner. For some people living abroad will be difficult especially if they struggle learning the language. When you hear about someone struggling to assimilate into a culture it can almost always be attributed to the isolation felt by not knowing the language and feeling like an outsider. In my experience knowing the native tongue of the people who live there is VITAL to networking and settling into your new life. If you are unable or unwilling to do this you will feel utterly alone. You won’t understand the nuanced conversations about media, politics and jokes that are popular in the country, won’t make friends with anyone and will never create a support system. If that sounds like you then you should just stay in the US or move to a country where the dominant language is English. I know Korean, Italian, Japanese and i’m in the process of learning Maori. You’ll never regret learning a new language and submerging yourself in a new culture with new people and ideas. In the end it makes you realize that humans are extremely varied and complex in our cultures and ways-of-life BUT at the end of the day we are all humans just the same as anyone else. We all struggle, love, grow, learn, play, laugh and yearn to experience a full life. We all have our preconceived notions of others and our implicit biases but those things are easy to work through by simply holding community with one another. Something people are much more willing and open to doing if you speak the same language as them.
I have a feeling I know why she moved in 2016 😅 for all the people saying “go ahead and leave if it’s so bad”-she did, and is experiencing way less racism in a country with SO few black people. Very inspiring !
If you behave, then no issues. The problem is many who look like you don't. That's why decent BP thrives when they go to Europe and Asia and live as a small minority. But there will be social issues if you all come in large numbers. Think black US cities and African countries. None of them are really safe....
Educated black American, that went to Finland with a partner, that make her beginning more easy, she is working making great income and adjusting to that culture, great for her and keep going in your journey.
Finland , Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, you need to have enough money to settle, rent is very high, found apartments impossible, you need to not only make the income but sign in into waiting list!!! to rent or buy!!!! At least 1 year or more in the list.
@javiervega1065 Javier, identity???? realistic comment on how hard it is to live in the Scandinavian countries or the best wealthiest countries in western Europe, if you do not have a high skill profession with a great annual income, it's imposible to live and if you have someone who hosted you in the beginning with housing and guidance, of course is easy for you. But, to say that you will be successful is a big lie, found housing in the Scandinavian countries, Germany, Spain etc is a nightmare.

Why do they always go to Europe? Something wrong with Africa?
@@camouflageartist8897The reason I wouldn’t move to Africa is because of some of its underdeveloped infrastructure and blackouts, the weather is too hot, not being able to get certain products, lack of conveniences, and it’s too far away from family. Some of these are the same reasons why I wouldn’t move to Iceland. If I did move out of the country, it would probably be to Mexico bc I already am familiar with the language and it is cheaper than the U.S., yet right next door. Canada wouldn’t work bc is too expensive, and I want to live around a BIPOC-ish community.

Modern day Blacks have no idea what "racism" is.

I’ve been diligently working, saving and contributing towards financial freedom and early retirement, but the economy so far since the pandemic has eaten away most of my portfolio, what I want to know is this: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets or do I look into alternative sectors.
Just try to diversify your portfolio to other market sectors, that way your investment is balanced and you don’t get to make so much losses.

I have a business & i am looking for individuals who are truly looking to succeed and interested in maximizing your portfolio value
I'd love to live there because I too love nature. It soothes the soul so much.
Finland is also similar to Iceland. But if you are worried about cost of living then check out Nuuk. The capital of Greenland. Cost of living wouldnt be too bad there.
So well said.
i could not have said it better myself.

@@bernardxavier2842 Food is just amazing and cheap. Brazilians are very accommodating welcoming people. Its culture and history. Brazilians, like most S.A countries, work to live, unlike Americans live to work? Lol.
I love her personality...she is cool, optimistic and genuine. I would love to have her show me around Iceland. I also love seeing women thriving doing what they love. I hope to figure it out one day. And her colorful granny sweater coat with her edgy, cool black dress...very cool and unique.
Almost had me wanting to move to Iceland, but only for a NY minute.😅 I wish you continued success. Thanks for sharing. 💙
I’m a white guy but I left the States 28 years ago, but I go back occasionally. I’ve been in Asia and it works for me.
I can't wait to feel that peaceful feeling
@@shirleyvanarsdalecrabtree2880 Are u n family still living overseas?
Love her channels. Glad she's getting attention on this series, which will help her business grow. All the best, Jewells! 👏
good for her !! 🎉🎉🎉 happy to see people happy
@@angelwings7930wtf is your problem?? You are the problem. Seek help
Yeah I think race is not a huge factor because they probably just look at her like a foreigner like they do to everyone else not icelandic
Race is not an issue here, anyone can succeed, we make it an issue! Especially the media, their agenda is to divide us.
Race is an issue in many places however in slot of places American nationality supersedes race. Other black immigrants regardless of if they’re from Africa, South America, Caribbean, Asia etc don’t enjoy the same privileges.
I remember watching her videos years ago. Glad to see she’s still doing well.
Same😊
i love she is charting her own life in a completely new far place!
She is glowing with pure happiness. Yes, it is expensive, but the trade-offs are immense, health care, clean air, and water. I will take it. :-) Live your best life.
As a Black Woman living in London, UK. Watching Jewells living in peace is amazing. Jewells has inspired me to take a trip to Iceland. Also Jewells has inspired me to move out of London.
mental health very important... thanks for uploading
I visited Iceland years ago....loved it. Moving there would be so nice, but too cold for me. The people are cool and nice island vibe.
You look happy and healthy! What a breath of fresh air you are x I live in New Zealand with a similar lifestyle, free health-care, lots of outdoor recreation although i think housing is cheaper in Iceland. Loved watching your video, very inspirational xx all the best xx
I also moved abroad to Europe for love. Re family, what I experienced was that everyone expected me to visit them back In the USA and they didn't make the effort to visit me, thus putting the onus for continued family contact on me (including the expense!).
Girl glad to see you back I have missed your u tube about iceland. WELCOME BACK
What a pleasant and informative video. This woman is brave, adventurous, and intelligent. She has found a place for herself in this world and is enjoying her life. Best wishes for a happy life
I started watching Jewells’ channel during the pandemic in 2021.
Apart from the USA, every country loves and adores an educated and professional black American.
Hahah, racism in Europe is alive and well.
Every country loves everyone regardless of race
@@javiervega1065true. It’s the conservatives in those countries that hate everyone’s guts.
If you behave, then no issues. The problem is many who look like you don't. That's why decent BP thrives when they go to Europe and Asia and live as a small minority. But there will be social issues if you all come in large numbers. Think black US cities and African countries. None of them are really safe....
@@0o_KASHIII_o0 newsflash: we are not here to make you feel comfortable. If you feel unsafe because you can’t get over yourself that’s a you problem.
I've been following Jewells' journey for a while. I'm so happy for her.
Educated black American, that went to Finland with a partner, that make her beginning more easy, she is working making great income and adjusting to that culture, great for her and keep going in your journey.
Umm, she lives in ICELAND not Finland
You mean Iceland?
Finland , Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, you need to have enough money to settle, rent is very high, found apartments impossible, you need to not only make the income but sign in into waiting list!!! to rent or buy!!!! At least 1 year or more in the list.
Why do you obsess over identity politics
@javiervega1065 Javier, identity???? realistic comment on how hard it is to live in the Scandinavian countries or the best wealthiest countries in western Europe, if you do not have a high skill profession with a great annual income, it's imposible to live and if you have someone who hosted you in the beginning with housing and guidance, of course is easy for you. But, to say that you will be successful is a big lie, found housing in the Scandinavian countries, Germany, Spain etc is a nightmare.
This is exactly what WINNING LOOKS LIKE!!!!👍
You seem so happy! I’m in the US, and what changed me was moving to the country side from NYC, made me so much happier and gave me the peace the city didn’t.
Love her. She's amazing.
Iceland is very very expensive, beautiful country tho.
I literally paid $45 for a hotdog, fries, and a Pepsi (in Reykjavik). That was 5 years ago. It’s super expensive but such an amazing place.
Really don't think it's that much different compared to the high COL cities in the US.
Price of freedom is high. Literally.
@@DeanBKKI live in San Francisco, currently vacationing in Iceland. It’s noticeably more expensive.
She literally said it on the video. Like... 🤦♀
OMG! Jewells! Congrats🎉 I’ve followed your journey on UA-cam and supported you along the way. So glad to see you shining and living your life out loud!
I felt that way when I was 20, (1997) I moved to Sweden ❤ and we came back to Buffalo temporarily in 2009 and will be moving back to Sweden in ten years when hubby retires. He’s Swedish. We and our son have dual citizenship!❤
Go girl!!! Sooo happy for you. When I go to Iceland, I wil seek your services :)
This was so nice to watch. Grateful to hear of your experience feeling at HOME in Iceland and that you being Jewells from NY is how it felt good to be seen. Best wishes to you, Jewells, and thanks for the inspiration!
I loved, loved this video. An so happy for you! Live your life. Good luck to you an your boyfriend!!
I visited in the winter and in the summer. 12 nights in the winter made feel miserable 🙈. The darkness was just exhausting and one of the reasons I couldn’t see myself living in the northern part of the world.
How is that exhausting? Go to a 3rd World Country and ride your bike under 100 degree heat for a few dollars.
Naah, that is what nightmares are made of.
@@mkhanman12345Imagine that there’s more than one way to become exhausted. We know you might hurt yourself to think about it but both situations can make a person exhausted. Go figure!
@@thisgirlisfancy there isn’t. Go to a 3rd world country and tell them that bs.
I have been following Jewells on UA-cam for years. She is the main reason I want to visit the country.
This makes me smile. She's amazing for fearlessly following her dreams and showing what happens when you lead with your heart. So beautiful to see that she's found love and happiness truly inspiring 🙏🏽💜
Super jealous wish I could get out of the states and move to a country that cares about their citizens.
I feel more like that all the time too. Every year things seem worse here.
Save and go, or save and visit.👍😃
You could.
That part: "a country that cares about their citizens"
How do you define "caring" about citizens? We have more opportunities and safety nets then other countries.
I knew she looked familiar! The first video I saw was her sitting down with her now ex-husband explaining the separation. I don't know how it came across my UA-cam feed, but I started looking at more of her videos after that one. Glad to see she's still thriving in Iceland. I don't think I could take the cold weather or the shorter day like hours. I already suffer from insomnia.
I'm glad she's happy. I don't think I could deal with 4 hours of light in the winter and 20 hours of sun in the summer. I do love the fact that it never gets hot. The cold doesn't bother me but 100 degree days drive me insane.
I'm so glad this episode came across my feed. I'm going to subscribe to Jewells' channel. SOOO inspiring!!
I’m originally from England and moved to the US some years ago, lived in NYC and then Hawaii and now looking to return to Europe. I’m mixed race. Yes, Europeans typically do not define you as a color, it’s only America that does that heinous thing..
just discovered your channel and very happy for you! Iceland is too cold for me! lol many continued blessings on your journey of expansion! 🌺
