There is volcanic landscapes like this in Northern California. Lassen Volcanic National Park is east of I-5 going through Red Bluff. Which is just south of Redding and Mt. Shasta. Only there are a lot of lakes all over. The winter views from the valley floor are epic! There is also a range we call the Trinity Alps to the West. It's beautiful, but the summers are absolutely brutal! It is common to have triple digit temperatures with several days around 120°! I moved back to the coast in Humboldt County! 😂 I get so excited with Carol! I've been backtracking videos so this isn't the 1st time I have seen her find antlers. But it's still just as fun! ❤
I lived in Phoenix 1978 and 1979 and hiked down to Phantom Ranch at the bottom of the Grand Canyon. Have been all over the state and it definitely has some amazing places.
Just sitting here watching the wife sleep and saw there was another video! Yea for me! Have a very blessed Easter! Carol, I know you have been looking for sheds for a long time but didn't realize last video that this was your first shed find. Congratulations! As I watch this my wife is recovering from surgery near me. Your videos allow me to travel. We used to travel and have lived from Miami to Kodiak Alaska and in between. I am so appreciative that you take so many of us with you. God bless and stay safe.
OH I LOVE LANDO ! When you take a minute too think about it she has pretty much ran from the north of Vancouver Island all the way to Mexico and 3/4 of the way back to Canada, what marvoulous creatures they are. Lando reminds me so much of my girl Mallory. She loved to run and 40 km a day off road seemed nothing to her. CHEERS AND SAFE TRAVELS Steve h.
Happy Easter. You guys are close to my area. We live in the Show Low area close to Snowflake. I have lived in Arizona my entire life and I am still amazed at the variety of landscapes Arizona has.
If you want to spend time looking for sheds like you said do the following. In February/March timeframe follow the fence lines in northern Arizona near Alpine, Greer, Show-low (high elevation places). The elk will jump those fences, in doing so the antlers come loose from the impact of the jump. Many times you will find a set of antlers a few feet from each other. Lived in Arizona for 31 years found many, using this process. Good Luck Love your videos.
Love your channel, watching the kids grow, great trip, great experience! I pay attention to where you go, but also to your shooting skills and driving skills, especially those impromptu shots. Thanks for sharing!
Carol...my kind of woman. She was soo excited to find the antler. I'm used to all the Princesses here in Phoenix....not one of them ever cook a meal. Keep enjoying the road gang! Timmy C Arizona
Discovered you guys recently through living the van life, what a truly awesome family you are😎 look forward to following your adventures! Del ( from the UK)❤️

Good your using premium in the bikes, its good to use non ethanol especially when they sit for any extended periods I run it in all my bikes and quads it has really cut down on fuel issues.
Happy Easter! Been watching since about January or whenever y’all were on Padre Island. Experienced the Amarillo Mach snow storm with y’all when you were here having the Safari mod’s done. Lived in AZ years ago. Love it. Camped north rim summer 2017. Thanks for sharing your adventures. They’re inspirational.
Happy Easter!!! Thanks for your amazing content, I just love watching your adventures. Your Jeeps are incredible, I love what you have done with them. Safe travels.
I'm sorry I had to take time off from your channel after I had to put my brown girl down. She was a 12 year old brown German Shorthair like Lando. Anyway the hurt is not as bad as it was, so lets get on with the adventures!
What an epic back country ride!!! Peter you were just in armour and mesh shirt and Dan was full gear, what was the temp? You like the cold more? Desert is always hot hot to cold cold. Pete your right, got to watch that weather. Been having alot off severe weather in the country. Really really enjoyed seeing and getting to tag along! That stew looked sooooo good!
@EFRT Can you show a little more of your fancy new set-up with the extension on the back and the rooftop pop-up tent. I think you have seating inside and stuff. Thanks :)
Hi Caroline! It's great to see you in front of the camera instead of always behind it! Love the videos, but the voices are often a lot lower than the music and we have to play with the sound. Can't wait to see you in Utah!!
nice scenary! Can you figure out how to set your audio? especially when recording from inside the vehicle? could you all try getting some go pro mounts for your vehicles?
What trail maps and do you go thru iPhone to screen on Jeep navigation have been wanting to go over landing but it’s no fun when you have nobody to go with you love what you guys doing be save
Thanks for all the adventure content. Gotta ask though... you all pass through our beloved Arizona a lot, but seem to bypass Tucson. Any reason? I ask only because we're in Tucson and would love to meet up on your adventures but we're kinda stuck here with our 9-5s. As you all know there are a lot of back country trails here around Tucson. All the best to you all, but hoping you come back lol.
thank you for a great video... I have some question for you..., camping in the wilderness, in general is that safe? meaning there's no one around to help you guys, when you meet the wrong people... thanks best H.

Legit question: do you ever get tired of everything being covered in dust? Edit: I put this comment in mid-video, just a couple of minutes before you talked about the dust storm and cleaning your gear in the hotel room! It's like I could feel the dust! LOL
Hi From Oregon! Met your family through Living The Van Life……….now equally enjoying your channel/adventures! Are your adventures separated with days back “At A Job”, or r u full time on the road? I’ve noticed that sometimes u r towing your utility trailer, but not always. Well, keep the adventures coming! Love your Travels………..but please! No more traveling “dangerous passes” at night 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
Curious, was that the hardest section you did on the AZBDR? I've done some of the other portions, have thought about that area but haven't done it yet. Enjoyed your video a lot. Safe travels!
One man's (or deer as it were)trash is another man's treasure? She's possibly happy to find one because she was nuts to use them in decorating? It's not all that unusual.
I really enjoy your adventure. I look forward to it every week. although, I would like for you guys to work on your audio. The volume is really hit and miss. Otherwise 👍.

Boy America is vast. Hear in the UK. you can drive from the south coast to the far north of Scotland. in about 10 hours if you traveled at 60 miles per hour. You can do it in a day.
Here is the proof! Finding the first shed... Is truly a portrait of the simple things in life that creates the biggest smile... congrats!
super beau ! merci !

We boondocked at the same Wally World in Page, Az a couple years ago. Looking for to your journey up into Utah to see if you guys pass through any familiar places!!!
I drove my semi in that. It was the worst I have ever driven in. love watching you guys.
Every time you all cook a meal, I just wish that I was there with you as you cook better meals on the road than most people cook in there homes. lol
My kids saw you on Kane Creek Trail at Hamburger Hill!!!
So nice! Thank you for your content!
Stay safe and be careful with those AZ winds.

Any particular reason the limb risers aren’t as taut? Preference or is there something functionally better?

Super trip you all so far, love to be apart of it, thx
Curious about fuel used in these sections. Is a full tank enough to get you though, or do you have to get into reserves?
Stay safe.

Good vidio you need to stop and look for sheds it's not like your in a hurry 😉
Super
Nice trip😁
Freakin Sweet!
I’m confused about why the intense excitement of finding the antlers. Even more odd is being proud of them. Proud of what exactly?
One man's (or deer as it were)trash is another man's treasure? She's possibly happy to find one because she was nuts to use them in decorating? It's not all that unusual.
I really enjoy your adventure. I look forward to it every week. although, I would like for you guys to work on your audio. The volume is really hit and miss. Otherwise 👍.
Yay!
Have you ever had any issues with Lando running free, in terms of rattlesnakes and dangers like that for him? I want to take my dog on remote hikes off leash like this, but I'm always afraid she'll get bit by a rattler and die, haha!
Do you find the amber lights help more being lower or up on the light bar just curious? Keep up the good work I enjoy your videos. 🙂
Down low they work great for fog and dust 👍🏻
You missed all the beautiful places and scenic roads in Arizona… 😔
We’ve been through several times and we will be back, but this time we did the BDR
What are the Bikes the guys are riding? Brand , Size?

So who’s editing now? Not as clean as Caroline’s but still very cool in a different way. A slightly rougher cut but interesting.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I know Lando is German by heritage but, is he Canadian by citizenship? LoL
🙋💕
