Notre Dame eventually will have to join a conference. They’re not the “special child” of college football or college sports for that matter. They need to come off their high horse and join the B1G. There is a lot of rivalries there, Ohio State, Xichigan, Michigan State, USC, Purdue and Indiana

This is a joke…. This dude has no clue what he is talking about. Single factor analysis. ND will never join your sad conference and in no way needs to. If you wanted us you should have taken us in the early 20th century, sorry you are prejudice against Catholics. Quit using ND as click bait for this tiresome bologna and lazy excuse for media/journalism.
I say quit playing them and here why you all ready play 9 league and one power team so it makes 10 then like USA OR. MAC teams then play NOTRE DAME to make 12 thats to much.
He didn’t say they were. He said they were joining the Big 12. When he mentioned the Big Ten he meant the Big 12. It was a Freudian slip. I agree about them adding Louisville and NC State. But not so much about Duke. I think the Big 12 would be more interested in Pittsburgh. If they’re landing NC State, I don’t see the need to also add Duke. Plus you said that the SEC only would be adding Clemson and FSU. That only puts them at 18 teams while both the Big Ten and Big 12 would be at twenty. I think the SEC would actually add two ADDITIONAL schools on top of Clemson and FSU. To me, those two schools would be Duke and Virginia Tech, as that would get the SEC into North Carolina and Virginia to compete with the Big Ten ALSO adding schools in those states. So, to sum up things, it would be: SEC: Clemson Duke Florida State Virginia Tech Big Ten: North Carolina Virginia Big 12: Miami NC State Louisville Pittsburgh That leaves SMU, Cal, Stanford, Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, Syracuse, and Boston College as the remaining ACC schools. Well, I think the league would backfill with AAC schools plus Oregon State and WSU. The AAC schools being the following: Tulane Memphis USF (to get back into Florida) East Carolina (to get another North Carolina school) Temple (Pitt replacement in Pennsylvania) Coupled with the existing ACC teams and the two Pac-2 schools, that would create a 14-team league. I also would think Notre Dame leaves the ACC and rejoins the Big East for all sports sans football and men’s hockey, as the Big East doesn’t sponsor either sport.
Miami would join the Big 10 in a millisecond if they are invited. I also feel like they will get an invite. They fit the Big 10 perfectly. AAU school and would bring the Miami market.
Should Notre Dame join a conference? Type ‘Y’ for Yes, ‘N’ for No

If the ACC goes down it would be the downfall of college basketball as well. Duke has no business being in the Big 12.

I am a Notre Dame fan and it is now time to join a conference. I think that will happen in 2025 when ESPN drops the ACC from their network.
Just make up whatever you want, total BS.
Norte Dame should join the Mountain West or the Pac2! 😂
Would love to see the fans when they don't win the conference 😂
