- Dieses Video hat ausnahmsweise nichts mit cinematischem Longrange-Fliegen zu tun. Ich wollte die neue DJI O4 testen und habe dabei einen persönlichen Distanzrekord aufgestellt. Die Verbindungsqualität war während des gesamten Flugs stabil. Ich verwende keinen FCC-Hack auf der Brille und fliege mit den Standardantennen der Goggles 2.
This video is exceptionally not about cinematic long-range flying. I wanted to test the new DJI O4 and set a personal distance record in the process. The connection quality was stable throughout the entire flight. I’m not using any FCC hack on the goggles and am flying with the stock antennas from Goggles 2.

@ maybe and maybe not … He had enough satellites 📡 and juice in his two batteries - I‘m sure he has a proper rescue setup and then his quad will return in case of losing signal. I had this experience several times with my 6’‘ and 7’‘ and never lost a quad so far 🙏😅

@@mog59 3700mAh consumption after 14km in my opinion is not a reliable value. Probably amperometer isn't calibrated. 3.44V is too low for 1/3 capacity. I don't understand how he come back safely
@@TheKennynoyou are right, these numbers are strange. My longest flight so far with a 7‘‘ Chimera + full GoPro 8 + one 8.000 mAh 6S2P was 18 km (in total). I landed at a voltage of 3V/cell. He used 2 x 6.000 mAh packs, I think no GoPro (what saves a lot of weight) and efficient 2-blade props. For me it’s no surprise that he can go that distance with his setup … 🤔

Is there a range distance with dji goggle 2 to the o3 and o4 pro. And should I upgrade when I can sell the o3 on my pavo 20 pro
@ I’ve gotten 11km with the O3 and G2s. I’m sure people have gone farther.I don’t know if there is an official number specific to goggles 2. DJI states 10km of range for the O3 and 15km for the O4. Obviously people have gone farther than that (25+km) on both systems
Amazing flight - over the glacier was incredible. Thank you. How did you get back? Voltage showed roughly 20v on OSD and you still needed to fly 14k to get home! By the way, what quad were you flying? It seemed to work great for the long distance.

jep i saw that. crazy ranges we get. imagine what we have in 10 years. flying across the entire country will be normal while sitting in the living room. (at least thats what i imagine haha - reality will be most likely we are all gone by that time)

I'm looking to buy DJI Air Unit 04 Pro system for sure, 💯 BUT what DJI goggle would you recommend for me to use that kind of DJI goggle, whichever one you think is better cuz I currently still flying with my DJI Air Unit 03 system, and I fell in LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE with Air Unit 03 system for 2 years now since it was launched in November 22nd, 2022, and I got 2 of them and I need to keep flying my 03 system while I want to fly 04 pro system very very badly! So which goggle would you recommend for me to fly with 03 system too, thanks and grrrreat video! 🤙🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Good stuff! There are some pretty long ones out now, one that went 25.9km! My only disappointment in O4 is the range is not as big a jump from O3 as I had hoped. O3 can go really close up 25km.
Hey, I am also having a lot of jellow/vibration issues with my O4 unit, i am using the Rocksteady stab, is there any fix for this issue.
Next time ill try stab with gyroflow , good video btw

Any issues mounting the 04 Camera to the Moz7? The 04 is larger than the 03. I am considering mounting it to my Moz7, thanks for any tips.

Sorry aber das ist mit O3 auch locker drin und mit der O3 kommt man locker über 25 km weit nur mit der DJI V2 Brille(Patch Antennen)

Brutal. Mir würde so das Arschwasser gehen und ich würde jeden Copter im Voraus als verloren ansehen, wenn ich so weit rumfliegen würde. Wahrscheinlich würde ich vor lauter Panik vor Greifvögeln dauernd im Kreis fliegen und nachschauen, wo sie sind. 😀 Beeindruckender Flug!
Was für Komponenten hast du alles in deiner FPV ?
Danke für's Teilen! Bin auch am Überlegen, ob sich das Upgrade auf die O4 bzgl. Reichweite lohnt. Gerade in Kombination mit einer G2/Integra... Bin gespannt auf weitere Videos und Tests 🙂😉

Hi, ich glaube mit den Goggles 2 sind "nur" 50Mbit möglich. Für 60Mbit benötigt man die Goggles 3 oder N3 in Kombination mit der O4/Avata2 soweit ich weiß.
@flipsfpv ja ich weiß, allerdings ist das hauptproblem das die Goggles im automatischen Modus nur 15 Mbit übertragen und erst im manuellen Modus und 40 MHz 50Mbit übertragen. Beste Grüße
@ Achso, jetzt verstehe ich es! Ja das habe ich auch, dass ich den Channel-Mode auf manuell und 40MHz umstellen muss. Sonst komme ich auch nur auf 15 Mbit...
@flipsfpv und da mache ich mir halt Gedanken ob das für long range Auswirkung hat. Weil normalerweise sind niedrigere Frequenzen ja stabiler auf weiteren Entfernung, soweit ich weiß. Ich weiß natürlich nicht ob das jetzt pro science ist 😅🦅
@ Das stimmt natürlich und wäre auch einmal einen manuellen Versuch wert! Allerdings handelt es sich ja bei den "Hängenbleiben" in 10 MHz oder 20 MHz im Auto-Mode bei den Goggles um einen Bug 😅 Bin mir auch nicht sicher, ob der Auto-Mode die Frequenz dynamisch anpasst wenn alles funktioniert wie es soll... 🤔

@@chrisbee5481 Ohne den Scheiss Hack sieht man mit der Brille auch keine 200m weit und sobald irgendein Busch selbst ohne Laub im Weg ist, wars das. Es ist echt traurig.

@ "fcc hack goggles 2", einfach googlen. Der Rest erklärt sich von selbst. Man erstellt ein leeres File mit einem bestimmten Namen auf den Goggles und kann dadurch die Sendeleistung enorm erhöhen, was natürlich in den meisten Ländern hier nicht legal ist.

Lithium ion battery can be drained down to 2.6v to 2.8v
@@sigsegv0x0b I know, i use it every day. in my opinion capacity value (and ampere value too) in this video are not reliable. Voltage drop seems too low.

7km is not much. Vista can fly up to 13.5km/ 30km with G2. O3 unit up to 23.5km. O4 unit up to 28.3km
