Thank you, and if you’re just getting started focus on your nutrition meeting, finding your macros and daily caloric intake, and eating foods that allow you to stick to that consistently.
As far as supplementation goes, usually a solid protein powder is helpful in order to get an additional lean sources of protein along with creatine.
I highly recommend checking out the Raw nutrition site for your supplements because of the quality of ingredients and formulations.

Hello champ, just a note that we can't properly hear your talk at the gym with the crowded surrounding and the the music, so if you could use any wireless mic that way we can hear you way better, hope you take this into consideration, also when you film at home sometimes it's the same problem, like your voice is was lower than the echo, but mostly the issue is at the gym area, hope this message can be helpful as i wish your channel to be the best among all the rest
