Watching from America here. Our condensed milk comes in a can, not a tube. Interesting... This looks just like a lemon ice cream recipe my Mom used to make in the 80s. It was phenomenal. I ate so much of it one time I ended up throwing up all night. It was years later that I was brave enough to try it again. Then, whenever I would make it for friends/family, they would have a fit over it and ask for the recipe. My Mom would make a giant batch of it in our old-fashioned ice cream mixer that was loud and used rock salt. It came out so creamy even after being frozen. I think the lemon zest is one of the key ingredients. The only difference is ours had vanilla extract in it.
I did a double check by looking at the package. I was able to coordinate the tube with nestle's out sweetened condensed milk. So we kind of have it under a different name, but it's the same product that they also sell the same producting cans. But the tube is 170 g so that might make a difference on the actual amount. You put in that was the difference in the packaging.

Looks very easy made and delicious! I suppose you can use other flavors too, for instance vanilla? But 🍋 is a favorite! The first time I tasted lemon ice cream was in France in 1976! So yummy! 😋
But I think Italian ice cream is the absolute best! 👌

We have done the same with watermelon and pineapple. Watermelon was really good. The pineapple tasted weird.
Yes, you can add some powdered espresso (1.5 tablespoons) for coffee ice cream, crumbled Oreos for cookies and cream (blend some in to infuse then stir in broken chunks before freezing), etc.

Coming from America. Back in the 60's there was a ice cream parlor named Velvet Freeze not sure they still exist around the country. They served the best 🍋 flavor ice cream. Haven't had any since. It was called lemon drop. Your ice looks so delicious I would definitely make this ice cream thanks for sharing.

И положить с низу потом мороженое и одну по верх мороженого. Лимонную цедру и сок лимона не добавляла. Думаю, что 👅вкусно. Привет из России.
