I've ordered one. Did some research on these. It's sort of improved A4; A4 model had resonance and some other issues due to compatability with built in EQ, B4-B5 had it fixed. Great pickups, reinforced neck, nice wood combo.. seems to be great for active pickups (more for rock music), has passive and mixed pickups function for more universal and jazzy play. Notes taken from other players - it plays very clearly so it takes time to adjust your play since your flaws are pointed out in a more accurate way. (Compressor might be necessity) If interested, when it ships ( unfortunately not in the coming couple months) I can update you on my perspective towards Cort B4 plus asrm
Sounds awesome and a beauty!!
WHAT FIRSTY SONG ARE YOU PLAYING THERE ?
The Knife! Great :)
OMG that's a fretless Bass! 😮
Hi Eric,,I have a b4,,,,without,the toggle switch,,would you know why?
My toggle is an active/passive switch. Perhaps yours is passive?
Older model
Please tell me what kind of melody you are playing at the very beginning?
It’s a cover of Heatbeats by The Knife.
is this bass good for hard rock/metal music?
It certainly is! The Bartolini Pickups pack a huge punch!
