I've been playing guitar for over 10 years and I still can't comprehend how this guy manage to play such technical tunes and sing at the same time, this band's really talented!
Every night when I go to sleep, I kneel down by my bed and pray that you guys do another session with TMP so they can play a bunch of songs from Celebrate. Please make this happen
I've seen them live 3 times and met them twice, these are the coolest & must laid-back dudes ever. They're sooooo talented and if you've never seen them live you HAVE to go, the vibe is unbelievable. Its so much fun. I hope Audiotree does another session with them so we can hear celebrate!
These guys are so amazing in concert. Nicest bunch of dudes ever, these boys are from fucking heaven. 9:30 the creativity of this riff is just absolutely insane.
@@skiptomyloop Never heard it called a stock harmonic... Always heard that part of the guitar called the taint (although that's admittedly not the best name).
I met them and they're really nice guys, like nice as in they're so humble, but I can't think to ask how Dylan can play the songs he plays and sing at the same time.
Focus on the rhythm. When you getting picking patterns/strumming or whatever you're doing down rhythmically you can either practice that rhythm the way it lines up with your vocal rhythm, or what most people do is just practice the guitar stuff enough that it's muscle memory and they can just play it without thinking.
As to me, it's the band on its peak form. They are still pretty awesome even 4 years later, but this is the band I fell in love with (and can't stop loving). Just listening to this makes me happy.
Gotta love when artists feel this comfortable with their instrument of choice. All three of these guys are masters at their craft.. I kinda wish this session had three cameras
Thanks to Rig Rundown on Premier Guitar I discover this fabulous band, love this high dose of energy and musicality. It's now evident that Blink 182 was the influence of the Singer/guitar player
I remember going to watch these guys play and before the show grabbed some subway and how nervous I was to say what’s up to these guys when they came in after me lol Definitely a must see band live they bring so much energy and emotion to the stage.
i do it with a boss DL-3, the later models have a hold function that works way better than mine (delta sleep uses it a lot) but my older version kinda does it if you have it dialed right and turn it off after a second lol
Yeah man. But the sound sounds nice ... I know some post-Dance Gavin Dance in Brazil are few bands that do this, but has called Jennifer Lo-fi. ps: forgive this my terrible English
I've been playing guitar for over 10 years and I still can't comprehend how this guy manage to play such technical tunes and sing at the same time, this band's really talented!
Absolutely ridiculous. I've been playing for same time and I am blown away by it
same, his guitar skills alone would be mind blowing but the fact that he doesn't miss a note while having perfect vocals is just...wow
Not only that, but live he NEVER. STOPS. MOVING!
I by no means can play and sing like this. However he has broken down each note to certain syllables and annunciations. It’s absolutely incredible.
Brian G. Miller they don’t call themselves Tiny Moving Parts for no reason, dude
I make sure to watch this at least one every month for motivation!
Hope you're doing well
Ahahah I do the same here
Papa math is here :0

Hi Steve
9:30 is Guitar Goals. Goddamn.
Every night when I go to sleep, I kneel down by my bed and pray that you guys do another session with TMP so they can play a bunch of songs from Celebrate. Please make this happen
Agreed. Celebrate is so brilliant
YES
bleh i really disliked celebrate. it is their most straight forward, formulaic pop punk album.
PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN OMG
implying all of their previous work hasn't been formulaic algernon cadwallader math rock/midwest emo blend
0:43 Dakota
3:34 Always focused
8:41 Clouds above my head
13:30 Sundress
19:02 Fair trade
24:08 Vacation bible school

I'm so happy for every person watching this band for the first time 🥰
I have no idea how I’ve never heard them .. new rabbit hole
Those guitar taps are on point!
These guys are so amazing in concert. Nicest bunch of dudes ever, these boys are from fucking heaven.
9:30 the creativity of this riff is just absolutely insane.
Hell ya dude.. When i saw this happen i sent it to my friends.... Things like this are special and need to be shared to the appropriate crowd
I hated that soy pop punk voice until I saw these guys open for real friends
My eyes went crossed every time he hit the stock harmonic >_>
@@skiptomyloop Never heard it called a stock harmonic... Always heard that part of the guitar called the taint (although that's admittedly not the best name).
That was probably the most beautiful riff I’ve ever heard in my life, music like this is top tier
They sound just like their recordings I love this band
I think they sound even better
I met them and they're really nice guys, like nice as in they're so humble, but I can't think to ask how Dylan can play the songs he plays and sing at the same time.
alex dyer dude chill
They're the most genuinely nice people in any band in this scene.
Eye of KithOolub
Easy, just write the same riffs, and only sing with no dynamic at all. Learn one know them all.

Do you know what guitar style this is? (the eclectic sounding tapping) i want to try some.
9:30 Look at that math rock technic dude, It's fucking amazing
I'd just like to say thank you Audio Tree. Listening to these sessions is always the most relaxing part of my week.
Listening to this while driving past my exgf's house has to be one of those experiences that makes me sad and happy at the same time
Please do another session with TMP again!
all three of them are SO TALENTED it's insane
That guitar playing though... the fact that he can play and sing at the same time with those crazy riffs is unreal
this is by FAR the best interview and live video ever
I think I found my new favorite band
I'm Gonna start a new band called Huge Stable Objects..
Jacob Abbott static would be better
Or stationary
making the opposite of emo math rock, happy literature pop

Alex Verrette I could totally see that. I definitely cried when I saw EITS
What song is this btw?
Clouds Above My Head
My face exploded. That solo is incredible.

On the genealogy of Midwest math rock
That comment cured my depression.
Been really into these guys lately. Musicianship is top notch. Too good.
Nietzsche just rockin them drums!
dylan is such an underrated guitarist
One of the best bands I've seen live. Also, genuinely one of the most underrated drummers out there - guys insane!
This band is so incredibly talented, so much emotion in the lead singers voice.
I just found y’all on Spotify and I cant hardly listen to anything else right now thank you
As to me, it's the band on its peak form. They are still pretty awesome even 4 years later, but this is the band I fell in love with (and can't stop loving). Just listening to this makes me happy.
they've had what, 3 albums released since this session? time to bring these guys back!!
Your heart is a muscle, the size of your fist. Keep on lovin', keep on fightin' and hoold on, and hold on
I cry a bit every time I watch videos on this channel. So warm and sincere. Thank you so much.

I have never seen those behind the nut harmonics stuff on Clouds Above my Head. Was dope. Props on not missing any of them live too haha

@@ckurtz i think it’s just overdrive + compressor
25:57 boi did he swallow the pick?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Looks like he did
26:21 ;)
he's singing while there's a guitar pick on his mouth 😂
I honestly think that this is the best Audiotree performance to this day, they need to get TMP back on.
Every time I drink I always watch this. I watched them live in Manila and it was a great experience, awesome performance.
9:30 Magic
Ive seen TMP live twice now. They're one of the most fun and energetic bands to be around.
Gotta love when artists feel this comfortable with their instrument of choice. All three of these guys are masters at their craft.. I kinda wish this session had three cameras
Thanks for uploading full version of this amazing session, Audiotreetv. Better late than never.
Can’t wait to see these guys live next week! Such an underrated band 🤟
Still such a good session - I can't help but keep coming back

Thanks to Rig Rundown on Premier Guitar I discover this fabulous band, love this high dose of energy and musicality. It's now evident that Blink 182 was the influence of the Singer/guitar player
Once again you tricked me into watching this because I thought it was a new session. This one is great anyways, so I'll give it a view.

I love these guys. Amazing. A Husker Du for 2019.
For me, it is one of the best live on your channel. With that of Mom Jeans and TTNG! The top 3!
The drummer is amazing.
About time for this full thing.
2:40 how does he make that sound?
Pistolshrimp 777 line 6 DL4 pedal. It has a freeze function

Bet that was a good show.
They sound exactly like their recordings wow
Props to this interviewer with audiotree, asking a lot of interesting and entertaining/funny questions. INCREDIBLE performance from TMP as well
William Callender The interviewer is awesome. I would usually skip the interview part but he’s a cool dude so I watch.
9:14 that whole part with the bassets vocals and then that beautiful and beautifully aged guitar solo
For those who are confused “always focused” starts at 3:35
Thanks
I partied with guys in college and they were wild. So much love that shout out taco johns and 6 pack and a pound. Also represent with grand junction!
i don't see how people can dislike these guys. they go so hard..
Max Bemis needs to collab with them SO much good could come from it!
I cant believe he can play such complicated guitar parts while singing..pretty dope.
This was awesome. Thanks for putting it on for us.
Randomly found this band today. Good band, I’ll have to keep looking into them.

Goddamn, in Always Focused playing that tapped riff while singing seems fucking impossible
I find myself returning to this video a lot.
Incredible Artists! Wow!
I want The Hotelier so bad
anyone know what pedel made that dope noise at 2:40
Jacob Rones a delay
line 6 DL4 loop
The Minus The Bear fetish pedal
Most likely a looper or a delay with really low feedback.
Just saw you guys at rams head and was absolutely amazing much appreciated for the great music.
God tier camera work on this one
First song made me cry hardcore tears.
ohhh shittt tapping 3:35 and vocal... oh shit. amazing band
There are a lot of bands that do this, in open tunings it's really not anything.
Yeah man. But the sound sounds nice ... I know some post-Dance Gavin Dance in Brazil are few bands that do this, but has called Jennifer Lo-fi.
ps: forgive this my terrible English
It's all good
Holy shit What a great performance. A powerhouse 3 piece!
I booked their first show! Let them jump on the bill with us.
