I have a similar Corvette Stingray 1965 as Joe's which I have owned for 42 years, bought it as a wreck and rebuilt it and yes it is a monster to drive, still have mine in the shed and would never part with it.
I usually get jealous when I see someone like this with such a collection and a wonderful life. With this guy you get the feeling he really deserves his position and is making the most of his good fortune 😊😊👍👍👍
yeh i just got home 🏡 is 🏡 on his way to the beat your ready is is the only way we got the one ☝️ but i dont and i just said it there any any plugs that would way that too could could help you but but it will 🤔

Great cars and great story! But unless you drive the cars on the hoist regularly, consider replacing those two posters for full on 4 post hoists. There's nothing worse than lowering a car that's been sitting for months and finding that its chassis is now a banana :) Best way to store these classics is with their wheels thinking they're on the ground, and that's a 4 post hoist with good sized tracks. The cars are way too special to risk damaging their suspensions.
@@ShannonsInsurance he has imported for almost 40 years, all convicted to right had driving and all better than show room condition. His not a young bloke any more but I for one adore all his machines as the art they are.
Oh wow, he's a true Corvette fan. Not going to blame him though, they are very nice, not to mention how powerful they are. How many does he have in his collection? - Andres.
@@ShannonsInsurance yep , his had many fines in the past for so many shipping containers on the nature strip over the years. So hooked on yank tanks he bought property there for storage in between shipping, hell your making me miss him in his prime 😉
@@ShannonsInsurance no, I just bought a Mazda but Shannon’s can’t insure it! Probably because it isn’t a classic? I used to own a commodore but it’s gone!
Growing up my Dad had a 64 coupe slightly built 327 4speed factory sidepipes Sebring silver 67 stinger hood w/ black stripe loved that car. Could have bought it in 1980 for 6500 but I was STUPID. Regret it ever since.
1 of my favorite vets besides the 1963 rear split window, wicked video thanks for sharing cheers KC Tasmania Australia 🇦🇺🤝🇦🇺😎👍

Don't worry, I was probably your twin green monster too with all my jealousy too! 😆 Do you have any classics at home? - Andres.

Oh no, sorry to hear that we were unable to insure it, this may have been because it's not a classic. Do you miss your Commodore? - Andres.
You really need to fix the sidepipes and have the tail end at the proper angle, Stright down is not it.........
His garage is a bit bigger than mine
