I used to play this game all the time. I would spend hours in cruise mode with cars I downloaded from the MM2 website. I pretended to have my own house and workplace in the game. This review brought back some great memories of this game and my childhood, thank you.
The amount of time I spent in the London Underground driving around in the Scorcher Aston was seriously unhealthy. That and climbing that building in SF were my absolute favourite things to do.

I think I was 8 or 9 when I got my first computer. Dad had just bought a brand new Emachine for himself, so he put it in the computer room and gave me the old Aptiva. And for my very first PC game... he gave me Midtown Madness2. I can't even begin to count how many hours I must've spent driving around aimlessly in cruise mode. There was just so much random junk to see and explore. I also remember being so jealous because his machine could run it smoothly on the highest graphic settings while sometimes mine was barely chugging along on the lowest if I set the pedestrian count too high Between playing this, The Sims, and Earthsiege 2, my first computer was a blast. (I know what you're thinking here: (Earthsiege? But wasn't Starsiege out already by then?) That's because my mom thought it seemed too scary for me, so I had to wait another year or two before playing it. EximiusDux there's absolutely nothing that I enjoy in a game more than a well told story! It doesn't even have to be too intricate, it just has to make its punches count. But I play story driven games, I read novels occasionally. If I had to name my all time favourite game, it would probably be Day of the Tentacle, and I absolutely loved playing L.A. Thing is, well I haven't played most of the more recent Need for Speed games, I played The Run and forgot what else, but does any of them, in your opinion, do storytelling right, do storytelling well? The same thing the "story" pretense does, conveyed through gameplay, much better. Let's not even talk about all those "brofist" type of games like Dirt 3 and it's ginkana BS, or the NSF game with the cringey actors... Sometimes more is less, Midtown Madness let you in control of exploring that huge city, that was so awesome back then !
GTA was out before this im afraid, there was a bug in the top down driving game they were making where the cars chasing you were stupid aggressive so they took that a built the game around it and got GTA1.
This is my childhood game along with the first game, I still own the case and original box too! :D I hate the London Taxi missions but I wanted to unlock that Aston Martin!
I don't have the box anymore, but I still have the disc. My dad went out of his way to figure to mod the game for me so i can have fun with broken cars. I remember the terrible, terrible grinding for those nice cars... this game also made the classic ford mustang fastback my favorite car. Also, when I was a kid, I always thought that unreachable backgrounds like the rest of Marin County and the Bay Bridge were actually visitable places, so I tried my best to find ways to glitch out of bounds to go there, only to realize that they are flat backdrops and there is only gray ground/water beyond the boundaries of the map.
Marcin Misiek I was always looking for ways out of the bounds of the maps and ways to get on to rooftops and other places you weren't supposed to go. Then I discovered the Virtual Killer. You can get just about anywhere with it since it can use walls as ramps if you hit them at the right angle.
Nice & solid video, & mentioned plenty of what i wrote a while back to get the game running along with the modding community & gamemodes. Its still fun to pass the time in a classroom running multiplayer playing cops & robbers setting to run the same car with the wonky physics engine & in general trolling you can do with various obstacles or teaming up to steal the stuff from the other players.
I've played this game since 2004. I remember so much about it. I started playing with custom mods back in 2008, and I still like doing it nearly a decade later. Nice review!
This was actually very interesting. I never knew angel studios became Rockstar! MidnightClub 3 was one of my favorite games from my childhood. Always thought Midtown madness and Midnight Club were sort of similar. Great video!
And DHS design was the one who made GTA 1, which had a different title for some time, which was considered a failure, but after a glitch occured that police cars would chase like crazy the player, people started liking the game, which was named GTA, afterwards, and the company Rockstar was formed.
Holy shit dude I literally just watched your Midtown Madness 1 video and see this on the recommended list with like 100 views! Been waiting for this video, played this game for countless hours.
Bought this game new back in 2000 and was absolutely addicted to it! I remember countless hours spent modding the game with an infinite health, 500mph Acura NSX, as well as downloading the New York map so I could launch myself off skyscrapers and jump the gap between the Twin Towers! xD
I played the first one to death and i remember how excited i was to get the second. It's so amazing to know that the Studio that did this fun sandbox in which i spent so many hours cruising aimlessly but having a blast later had a part in GTA and Red Dead Redemption. Makes me appreciate it even more. I need to travel to San Francisco to revisit the places i drove through in this game. I remember climbing a glass skyscrapper with my car and then jumping off to see if i could survive the fall! Good times indeed!!
This game was the jammy jam. Played it most of my childhood. I can't even tell you how many hours were spent on MM2X downloading cars and mods when i was like 14....It brought me so much joy.
Played a motocross madness demo that was on a microsoft CD and the only reason I still remember that game is that ridiculous explosion sound and you're suddenly flying across the map when you make it up and over the map barrier.
I was 12 when it was first release and let me tell you the story of a turkish kid at that time.. At year 2000 i had my circumcision surgeon done. In turkish culture if you had circumcision , your parents usually give party to the relatives and friends and you usually dress as a wizard and lie down on the bed, face the stupid jokes such as “did doctor cut it all or just tiny a bit?” And so on. During this party, relatives and friends give you some money so you can buy things. Ofc with the help of my lovely family i bought a hp pc and sidewinder precision racing wheel. I was a pc noob cause it was my first pc and didnt know how to connect it to the usb. It was so obvious none of my friends were asking me the question but i was connecting it to another port. Probably printer port i dont remember. It doesnt even fit i m so stupid. Anyway, when i finally connected it my life has changed. I played it A LOT. 5 hours a day, whole week. Oh btw, i was a good student either. My parents are lovely they let me play it as much as i wanted. Then i discovered to download car skins and played with them as well. Sf cruise mode was the best and ofc cadillac eldorado was my fav. Ahhh midtown madness 2 i truly miss you...
So refreshing to watch my childhood open in front of my eyes. I used to play this video game on Pentium 3 PC which my father bought for me in 1999 when I was in class 7 in Jeddah Saudi Arabia & aged 11. We as a family lived in Saudi Arabia from 1990-2002 & then returned to Pakistan. Its so soothing to watch each detail unfold before our very eyes thanks to this channel as well as youtube for making us visit our great past. I'm in government service as a teacher in BS 14 here in Punjab Pakistan. My advice for all is that always take care of yourself & your parents/ family as no one is coming to help you, this life is 100% your own responsibility.
Would love to see you address the Monster Truck Madness series at some point! I was always sad that Microsoft abandoned that original wing of the Madness franchise.
What's worse is it's not even backwards compatible on later generations of Xbox (360 and One) and emulation is still not there yet for this game, so the only way to play MM3 is on an Original Xbox!
@@AymanTravelTransport I remember my Mum bought me that for my 360 years ago now. My Disc got laser burnt which meant it crashed that games a lot also the mods I had didnt help. Anyway I put in my 360 and an error came up saying that the disc wasnt supported. Im glad because the magic wasn't the same at all if you not what I mean.
This blew my mind back in the day, 3D open world games were a rarity in the late 90's and the sheer freedom afforded to the player was so liberating and almost felt like a fantasy simulator . Don't tell me I was the only one to drive along the subway tracks in London!
"... and the cops won't get of your case..." (in free cruise mode) When I was a kid, that was one of my favourite things to do: discover all the ways to get rid of the cops. Heck, I played this game for hours upon hours, this was my favourite game as a kid... I have the disk lying around somewhere, I might want to give it a try again
sadly Clint don't do really do games anymore, but man... Monster Truck Madness ... when I bought the first one it included a t-shirt and baseball cap. The shirt was too small and the cap terrible quality, but hey, fun merch.
Ahh the memories I used to play this game with a Microsoft Sidewinder wheel, I think this game actually came with the wheel but I'm not sure. But I do know that I got Monster Truck Madness 2 with the wheel and oh boy that was one heck of a game as well I remember the evenings after school when I'd have some friends over playing MM2 with the wheel, then one of my friends would be like "what does this button do on the computer" and shut down the computer in the middle of a race. That moment is something that I'm not going to easily forget, good times
I loved this game. Friend of mine had this back then. Most of the time we didn't race but tried to stick to traffic rules, played as a bus and planned a route and "picked up nonexisting guests". First game I played with a steering wheel. Awesome game. Awesome past.
Believe it or not, bus enthusiasts in Hong Kong used to use MM2 for their bus driving simulation until OMSI came out. That's how I learn about the existence of the game
I've never understood the complaints about, "they don't include manuals anymore!" Yes they do they are just digital but they are usually almost exactly the same as they used to be. Except they aren't wasting ink and paper which is something we should be championing.
Wow, this brings back so many memories. Midtown Madness websites were some of the first places I visited on the internet, painstakingly downloading cars and mods over dialup. It was so rewarding though.
TrackMania Nations still floats in rotation when we have mates together for some LAN gaming, it is a blast. Can get pretty competitive with the lap times though!
Your comment prompted me to install Trackmania Sunrise on my current machine, but I couldn't start the game due to the stupid Starforce DRM thinking Windows 10 is Windows 98. I had the same problem trying to play the game on 7 and even Vista, where the game worked, but I could only play modded maps...
This was one of my favorite games in my childhood. This was one of my Mom's favorite games, mostly because she loved seeing the cars barrel into the ocean/river and seeing the text pop up. Now I feel like installing it again..
8:27 - You can still sometimes find this game at donation stores though, like Goodwill as it is one of the only ways to buy an old game locally nowadays. If you ever see it at your local retro video game store also (a place where they sell games that many major retail stores don't sell anymore), you can just buy it there.
My friend, thank you thank you so much for doing this review. It brings tears to my eyes. I played this game when I was 3-4 years old living in Bulgaria not knowing a word of English, but it was very fun and passed the time. Every now and then I think about this game but I could never find out what it was, but the memories were so damn good. Now thanks to you I know what the game is called. Bless your soul
I have never been a big PC gaming fan when it comes to retro games at lease because my family was super poor growing up so the first PC i ever owned i had a co worker build for me in the late 90's when i was working at a blockbuster video of all places for $250. I don't watch any other PC gaming videos on UA-cam except for LGR and that is a sign to me that you are the best at what you do. I'm a huge fan, i have watched most of your videos now and they are all very informative and entertaining. Wish my games collection could compare to your massive wall of big box PC games. I lost most of my collection when i was around 19/20 because of theft. And now game prices are through the roof and i'm a low wage making back breaking manual laborer so it's hard to buy anything for myself these days. But i am happy when watching your reviews and other videos on PC hardware and gaming, keep up the good work!
Really cool seeing this game again. Remember playing it all the time on the computer. On cruise mode as well. Seeing certain locations again really gives back memories.
This brings back memories. I had this game when i was 4 and i played it on a computer with windows 98 that sounded like it was going to explode any second.
Jebus... $50 on Ebay if you own just the jewel case and CD-rom... $200 IF YOU HAVE IT WITH THE BOX!!!! My gawd... $150 just for cardboard. I still have this CD-Rom in my collection, but like most gamers from the 90's and early 2000, these PC boxes took up so much room we ended up just throwing them in the trash and placing the jewel case in a CD rack.
Oh man, this brings back so many memories. I remember how I was deleting players folder to gain access to all of the cars and how there was one building in SF that you could climb and then jump to several other roofs and many many more stuff about this game.
I loved that game! After another boring learning using Microsoft Excel in CS(computer science)class Teacher told me and my classmates You can play the games or surf the internet until bell rings. So ive decieded play the games, and Someone installed full version of Midtown Madness 2 on my used computer COOL! Ive always enjoed plowing traffic with Freightliner big rig :) when some nearby friends ask me name of game, Ive joked Its Driver 3 :D but Driver 3 or Driv3r are not made in 2002 yet. Anyways I never had this game at my home besides demo version, But ive enjoyed Midnight Club series, Mostly 3 Dub Edtion Remix :) hyper tuned chooper motocyle freeroaming streets of Detroit awsome, Besides chopper, ive had fondness to Mclaren F1 its my favorite sportscar from childhood. if any game had playable(Or offer mods to bring that car) Mclaren F1 I must drive it! :D
I spend hours to get the color of my F1 right :D a nice combination of green and orange with some small decals. This was so great. I also loved the hydraulics, neon lights and minor details as changing the depth of the wheels. Pure awesomeness!
Midtown Madness 1 didn't have a storyline either. Midtown Madness 3, the only game in the series to have its PC version cancelled, was more oriented for storylines.
This brings to me a lot of memories of my childhood. I used to play this game every day :') I remember clearly drive through subway lines trying to avoid the subways. Good old times
Oh my gosh! This brings back memories. I remember watching my cousin playing this on my uncles computer. So many fun memories. My favorites were managing to get the cops to take a dip in the river, somehow go fast enough with a certain car over the street lights and somehow managing to get a fire truck down in the subway. To this day I'm still not sure how we managed that one. XD
The modding scene was insane for this game. I remember driving around San Francisco on a DeLorean and going up stupid ramps and onto floating platforms everywhere. Good times.
Every time you play/review another game your should say which one of your PC's you use to run it. Just mention it real quick in the beginning. I think that would be really interesting.
1:16-1:40 "Sorry mom, and thanks for putting up with our crap." LOL (my computer didn't do the base justice; I never noticed it.) Oh man, this was one of my favorite games growing up. The Panoz Roadster was my favorite car to drive in this game; I just loved driving it everywhere with reckless abandon. So much so my parents would vow I would never be getting a driver's license after watching me play for a few minutes.
I don't know, above 500k subs is a pretty big deal if you ask me, but LGR deserves way more in my opinion as no reviewer I've watched puts this much effort into their reviews, at least now, old Angry Joe used to be my favorite.
ohh wow... this brings back a lot of memories. i remember my older brother put this game on our computer, modded the hell out of it, and got a logitech wingman steering wheel. had so much fun playing this game with him. those were the days. would send him this video, but he's no longer with us. rip
I always enjoy your reviews - you have the right balance of criticism and sarcasm. I spent many hours playing this game, both solo and with a friend in co-op - mostly on the SF map (having lived there for a few years). It's amazing how our imagination would convert those pixels to real-world images. And I was an adult at the time (I'm probably older than your parents). If you haven't already covered it, I would love to see a video about Crusader: No Remorse. I still remember how amazing it was to be able to shoot and destroy boxes and walls - that was a huge milestone in gaming. Cheers!
I spent a lot of my early PC years (born 1991 - no PC until 1998) playing this multiplayer via Zone (MSN Games). We were on dial-up 56k internet and I used to get shouted at by my dad if I didn't reconnect to the internet by the 59th consecutive minute or if I tried to connect when he was using the house phone. I remember a lot of people (me included) using modified cars and it was always amusing seeing the classic Mini flying around the map at breakneck speeds if it was a car you hadn't downloaded because the mini was used as a place holder. There was a skyscraper in San Francisco that was full of slanted windows on one side, if you could get on to those in a fast car you could use the entire building as a giant ramp. I haven't thought about most of that in years, so this has been a great rememberence comment for me 😂
This was my childhood. Downloading new cars and car models. New textures for traffic. New traffic AI. Oh and the sites like MM2Xtreme! So many memories!
THIS WAS MY FAVORITE! I'd always be in school telling my friends how much I wanted to drive when I got home. I didn't even race, I just used to cruising option. I loved this game.
This brings back memories, 'cnr' with City Bus getting stuck down some alley I think may be the most fun I've had playing online. Knew the maps by heart, the hours I would spend being a bus just doing a commute. A few years ago I through out all my games, boxes were long gone, nothing of collectable value, but MM2 was alone in surviving the cull and watching this and reading the comments I think I made the right choice. I'll probably never play again but my god it was good.
I used to play this game all the time. I would spend hours in cruise mode with cars I downloaded from the MM2 website. I pretended to have my own house and workplace in the game. This review brought back some great memories of this game and my childhood, thank you.

Let's not even talk about all those "brofist" type of games like Dirt 3 and it's ginkana BS, or the NSF game with the cringey actors...
Sometimes more is less, Midtown Madness let you in control of exploring that huge city, that was so awesome back then !
The Ginkana stuff was pretty bad, and the theme was pretty bro, but the actual gameplay was really solid.
Driver San Francisco is amazing, reminds me of Midtown Madness games.
*"You know what would make this game better? Tons of swearing and murders!“"*
- _Dan Houser_
... Probably.
GTA was out before this im afraid, there was a bug in the top down driving game they were making where the cars chasing you were stupid aggressive so they took that a built the game around it and got GTA1.
@@Fazer_600 GTA games were 2D when this game came out, although GTA 3 was in production at the time.
I tried waay to hard to fall into water in this series.
More tea, vicar?
sleeping with the fishes
i remember that
I desperately tried to run people over in cruise mode.
i know they add it in midnight club 2
Wow, i though GTA V felt like MTM 2, well I guess I know why now. It lives on in spirit.
Too hard to tell since so much years seperate from them but the open world spirit is saved
lol, looks like the graphics are the same as gta 3 or older
I had some Midnight Club 3 flashbacks while watching this so yeah I get what you mean.
This is my childhood game along with the first game, I still own the case and original box too! :D I hate the London Taxi missions but I wanted to unlock that Aston Martin!
YEP. Those missions were an absolute grind, but those extra cars argh.
WolfyMelon my first game too
I don't have the box anymore, but I still have the disc.
You can get just about anywhere with it since it can use walls as ramps if you hit them at the right angle.

hey Clint! just wanted to let you know that your videos kept me going at a difficult time on my life. thanks for just being yourself.
u sure about that?
@@Kronos0999 ?
@@cloudysleep4732 I'm just glad you're still around even after so many years. ;)
Your reviews are always great.
SupaPixelGirl agree
Nice & solid video, & mentioned plenty of what i wrote a while
back to get the game running along with the modding community & gamemodes.
Its still fun to pass the time in a classroom running multiplayer playing cops & robbers setting to run the same car with the wonky physics engine & in general trolling you can do with various obstacles or teaming up to steal the stuff from the other players.
true he is good
I've played this game since 2004.
7:49 Cool, I saw superficial similarities to Midnight Club but thought it was a coincidence. Midnight Club 2 was my favorite.
Ah, I see. Thanks for clearing that up!
I thought DHS design(or something similar) became Rockstar
And DHS design was the one who made GTA 1, which had a different title for some time, which was considered a failure, but after a glitch occured that police cars would chase like crazy the player, people started liking the game, which was named GTA, afterwards, and the company Rockstar was formed.
Oh, Angel Studios actually joined, not formed Rockstar, my bad
One of my favourite games growing up. My first "open world" style game I ever played.
7:16 -- I can only describe that accent as "Scottish Australian Surfer Dude"...

I love that old games like these still get attention
Holy shit dude I literally just watched your Midtown Madness 1 video and see this on the recommended list with like 100 views! Been waiting for this video, played this game for countless hours.
Excellent! I hope you enjoyed this one too :)
god this game brings back way too many memories!! might have to go blow the dust off my old PC and have a retro gaming night!!
"...and a dinky little manual..."
You mean an automatic?
I'll show myself out.
Heh.
Woah.. That was just some light humor.. No need to be rude...
Bought this game new back in 2000 and was absolutely addicted to it! I remember countless hours spent modding the game with an infinite health, 500mph Acura NSX, as well as downloading the New York map so I could launch myself off skyscrapers and jump the gap between the Twin Towers! xD
Midtown Madness and Monster Trucks Madness were amazing games!
You did not climb the big tower with the race car :(
This game was the jammy jam. Played it most of my childhood. I can't even tell you how many hours were spent on MM2X downloading cars and mods when i was like 14....It brought me so much joy.
Next :)
Motocross Madness 1/2
Monstertruck Madness 1/2
4x4 Evo 1/2
!!!
YES YES YES !!!
Don't forget Hot Wheels Velocity X
SilverSurferTDR many many hours where spent playing 4x4 EVO 2. Loved that game.
Played a motocross madness demo that was on a microsoft CD and the only reason I still remember that game is that ridiculous explosion sound and you're suddenly flying across the map when you make it up and over the map barrier.
4x4 evo especially
Oh my. Between Midtown Madness and Monster Truck Madness, I wasted a lot of time.
Im actually liking the youtube algorithm, it recommend me things that I dont even remember I was known of.
this game was literally my childhood, thank you!! XD
Would love to see you address the Monster Truck Madness series at some point! I was always sad that Microsoft abandoned that original wing of the Madness franchise.
Watching this in 2021 im 30 years old now brings so much nostalgia
I still have it. its great. i was disported Midtown Madness 3 never came to pc
They originally planned to release it for Windows operating systems, but because they wanted to promote the original Xbox, it was cancelled.
"... and the cops won't get of your case..." (in free cruise mode)
When I was a kid, that was one of my favourite things to do: discover all the ways to get rid of the cops. Heck, I played this game for hours upon hours, this was my favourite game as a kid... I have the disk lying around somewhere, I might want to give it a try again

Dude, I love that it featured the Audi TT on the front cover, icon of the era!
Do you have any plans to review the Monster Truck Madness games next? If so, thanks!
sadly Clint don't do really do games anymore, but man... Monster Truck Madness ... when I bought the first one it included a t-shirt and baseball cap. The shirt was too small and the cap terrible quality, but hey, fun merch.
@@thesteelrodent1796 he did a review of the last cities skylines dlc a week ago
Ahh the memories
I used to play this game with a Microsoft Sidewinder wheel, I think this game actually came with the wheel but I'm not sure. But I do know that I got Monster Truck Madness 2 with the wheel and oh boy that was one heck of a game as well
I remember the evenings after school when I'd have some friends over playing MM2 with the wheel, then one of my friends would be like "what does this button do on the computer" and shut down the computer in the middle of a race. That moment is something that I'm not going to easily forget, good times
I was playing this game everytime when I was child :( last 10 years
Man I played the hell out of this game when I was younger. One of the only old racing games I can consistently go back to and still have tons of fun
This, along with MM1 was my childhood on a CD.
My all time favorite videogame. Thanks for making such a complete review of it
I loved this game.
Same about me. Used to have a constant bus route in the game and ride it everyvday
I've never understood the complaints about, "they don't include manuals anymore!" Yes they do they are just digital but they are usually almost exactly the same as they used to be. Except they aren't wasting ink and paper which is something we should be championing.
Ah, all the time I spent pushing police cars in the water at the San Francisco docks where there aren't any railings...
Thanks goodness for giving the links for making the game compatible with modern hardware ! I can finaly play MM2 on my PC ! Yay o/
Wow, this brings back so many memories. Midtown Madness websites were some of the first places I visited on the internet, painstakingly downloading cars and mods over dialup. It was so rewarding though.
Please review the game Trackmania Original from 2003 and then the other games in the series, you will have a blast!
Chicago - San Francisco - London. Same as Watch Dogs.
The London Cab was the first vehicle that I drove in this game. I did it in San Francisco, except it was black.
Bird poop damage.
The Mustang being junk to drive is the most realistic part of the whole game
I didn't have a problem with it.
Really cool seeing this game again. Remember playing it all the time on the computer. On cruise mode as well. Seeing certain locations again really gives back memories.
I remember Midtown Madness 3 that was one of the games that came with my dad's original Xbox.
It was the first original Xbox game I ever played.
So many memories of Midtown Madness. Thanks for covering this LGR.
Somebody is still playing this game? I want multiplayer too :(
I'm really late, but the software GameRanger usually has MM2 players around.
This brings back memories. I had this game when i was 4 and i played it on a computer with windows 98 that sounded like it was going to explode any second.
This game does work well without any patches on modern Windows operating systems.
Finished school and come home start Midtown madness 2. Damn brings back memories
Holy shit are you kidding? I dumped it about 5 years ago I think. :(
what are you on. i saw it for $20 bucks with the boxs
GOD! I LOVE your videos man!
Nostalgy for life!
Greetings from Brazil!
Wow. For a 16-year-old game, this doesn't look half bad. The building textures could use a facelift, but everything else looks nice!
Well, the building textures had to be lower res. The mainstream graphics card in 2000 was 32 MB.
Oh man, this brings back so many memories. I remember how I was deleting players folder to gain access to all of the cars and how there was one building in SF that you could climb and then jump to several other roofs and many many more stuff about this game.
I loved that game!
After another boring learning using Microsoft Excel in CS(computer science)class Teacher told me and my classmates
You can play the games or surf the internet until bell rings.
These games were my childhood, thanks for bringing back the memories!
Midtown Madness 1 didn't have a storyline either. Midtown Madness 3, the only game in the series to have its PC version cancelled, was more oriented for storylines.
Next to music, a storyline is the most inappropriate thing for a racing game to have. Glad 3 got cancelled before they gave it the Fallout treatment.
This brings to me a lot of memories of my childhood. I used to play this game every day :') I remember clearly drive through subway lines trying to avoid the subways. Good old times
Monster Truck Madness 1 and 2 next please :)
XD
too bad they don't make games like these anymore
They dont make because people dont buy them
Thanks so much for releasing this! Wow, thinking this came out in 2000 makes me feel soooo old
Gonna review the 3rd one? That's the one I played
1:16-1:40 "Sorry mom, and thanks for putting up with our crap." LOL (my computer didn't do the base justice; I never noticed it.)
Oh man, this was one of my favorite games growing up. The Panoz Roadster was my favorite car to drive in this game; I just loved driving it everywhere with reckless abandon.
So much so my parents would vow I would never be getting a driver's license after watching me play for a few minutes.
still better physics than cyberpunk 2077
Midtown Madness 3 on Xbox was my childhood game, So glad you're reviewing this!
Will we see a MM3 review soon?
I have never clicked on a video so fast. I actually watched the Midtown Madness 1 review like 15 times in anticipation for this.
8k veiws in 1 hour!? wow LGR is getting big. it makes me kinda sad.
Why sad?
As long as the quality is kept up, I'm happy for LGR. Clint puts a lot of work in and I appreciate his efforts for it.
More views means more resources for me to make better videos. Can't say I find it sad at all!
I don't know, above 500k subs is a pretty big deal if you ask me, but LGR deserves way more in my opinion as no reviewer I've watched puts this much effort into their reviews, at least now, old Angry Joe used to be my favorite.
ganymedeIV4 yeah sure... My cringed little ass
I remember playing this game for countless hours back when the MSN Gaming Zone was a thing.
Christ, those "British-isms" in the game are cringy as fuck. Borderline Xenophobic. :S
I apologize on behalf of our country. We didn't know any better.
I guess they were trying to go for an Austin Powers feel but failed.
Larry Bundy Jr I love the british-isms in the game not cringey at all haha
Larry Bundy Jr oh hey there didn't expect to find you here!
Borderline xenophobic, my ass. Take a joke, Junior. Hell, the surfer dude for San Francisco is no less parodical.
ohh wow... this brings back a lot of memories. i remember my older brother put this game on our computer, modded the hell out of it, and got a logitech wingman steering wheel. had so much fun playing this game with him. those were the days. would send him this video, but he's no longer with us.
I loved this game.
lol this game... so much playingtime. your channel is the best nostalgia related content anywhere!
