Great compact speech with all the tools to push you into fruitful direction
Right on, always listen to how you feel and if you don’t know then journal and really think about how you feel vs how you WANT to feel.
For everyone reading this: Good Evening. You matter.

Hi Brendon..
Great presentation! Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
What's the app he mentioned?
What app did he mention in the video to the audience??
GrowthDay personal development app.
😮
But how actually put these thoughts into action, why it is hard to connect with ourself
I think he means ‘thinking time.’
Setting out time to gain clarity on who you want and need to become in order to get what you want.
Your actions should align with your new identity. If you say I am a confident person, then you ‘act’ like a confident person.
Consider the consequences if you don’t act and stay the same vs if you did act, how different would your life be.
Review your habits at the end of the day.
Are you on track/off track?
🎯 Key points for quick navigation:
🌱 Most people fail to make significant life changes due to a disconnect from their true selves.
🧠 Cultivating self-awareness through journaling or reflective practices can lead to personal transformation.
🎧 Consuming media isn't the same as listening to oneself; true self-listening requires quiet reflection.
🛀 Activities like walking, meditating, or bathing can be opportunities for self-connection.
📖 High performers and thinkers, like Einstein, dedicate time solely to deep thinking and reflection.
🎨 Achieving clarity about who you want to become is essential for making intentional changes.
🔄 Awareness of the consequences of both action and inaction is crucial for driving transformation.
🦁 Courageous actions, taken consistently, can significantly impact personal growth and success.

I think to much
Read a book. Power of. Habbit or atomic habits. It will give you a Habbit to think about what you need to think.
Also journal or get a daily mood tracker to keep in touch with your emotions
It’s time to do the second daily habit. Get beyond yourself, if you think to much then it sounds like you should already be in touch with your self which is the first daily habit. Now get beyond yourself
hard to say all this from your million dollar home?
Where did he start off? If you know this you should know the beginning as well. Help yourself and think, God bless
@@0nean0nlytv and where did his preaching get you?
@@0nean0nlytv nowhere, because you’re listening to a guy say all this from his cryo chamber. help yourself and think about where he is now compared to where he was. is he really somebody to be listening too anymore?
He isn’t a preacher 1
2 listening to you would be better?
