Lives lost and home destroyed makes them homeless now plus lost of jobs, many lost there crops and shortages of food later on

Not quite. The outbreak in 2011 lasted just under 24 hrs and dropped 175 tornados it also was the worst month that year with 817 tornados in April.
@@musicandfiction That was a really, really bad spell. One tornado stayed on the ground for hundreds of miles that night. I was living in TN and got virtually no sleep.

All houses seem to be almost new. That total destruction is a sure sign of a need to build with different materials to be more resistant to the winds.
Gathering data is ok, but if doesn’t translate into different building designs and mandatory basements and storm shelters, who really cares?

Crazy but did tell everyone years ago, this was gonna happen with taking very human life as possible...that many tornadoes with that few casualties...one could say its a miracle of sorts

I live in Iowa and we had tornadoes Friday. A lady I worked with lost her house and her husband. Minden Iowa was hit hard

it just tells people to go into:
the middle room at the bottom floor of a house (with brick or concrete walling)
a basement
an actual tornado shelter (they are common in kansas and Nebraksa, as well as other tornado likely areas.
