Imperial motif can be fount anywhere. Im in EP on my level 13 character and it was in the inn in Davons watch, more specifically the backpack in the room where the wood elf is sitting on the floor

Someone said that's what it was, which seemed... really intense of a requirement, but as I'm not in vet levels yet I just assumed that it was true and eventually doable. Now to just get one more skillpoint and I can use that Primal motif I bought a little while back!

I found the Barbaric motif at level 31 in the Halls of Torment main campaign quest. I've also heard you can find the Ancient Elf motif there as well, though I don't think it is restricted to that area. I'm not at veteran rank either.
I got one motif in quest looting rubbish mounds, was quite shocked by very happy. the quest was one of the argonian hist areas where there are some insects thave gone a bit loopy. The quest - you have to loot nest rubbish mounds for certain items on one of the mounds I got the dunmer motif.

Palladium and Daedra hearts I would assume are found in the same things just in vet 6 - 10 areas. I can't say for sure though i am currently only Vet 4.

Once you hit Vet Rank 1 you will get Golden Saint Armor Costume in the mail. You wear it in your costume slot and it will make your character appear as if you are wearing Golden Saint Armor.
Ehm... Why your rare motifs have the same colors of the normal motifs? I mean, Daedric, Ancient elf, Dwemer motifs and so have the purple color in their name cuz they are epic. Yours are blue. They changed that in any patch?
Don't listen to what people say there's always people selling them way below 100k, you just have to be patient and no should pay over 100k, in fact I would only pay up to 50k tops and in fact have seen all those motifs range from 10k to 50k depending on which one. As far as whoever pays over 50k or even worst 100k well you know what they say there a sucker born everyday xD.
