- I was called out to program a NEW OEM PCM in a 2004 Land Rover Discovery Series 2 (LR2) for the local Jaguar/Land Rover dealer. As JLR no longer supports these models with there tools.

Part 2 is must be. 🤞🤞
I’m looking forwards to watch part 2
Keith to the rescue once again. Hope they're able to heed your advice and get it diagnosed, but it sounds like part 2 is a likely scenario.
Let’s hope the Land Rover service team don’t charge the customer the cost of the ECM, including your time, because their techs are not at a level they should be.
Is nice!
Keith, you're a couple of levels above Super Genius.
I wouldn't go that far.... but I do have a good idea of what tools to buy!
You will pry the Blubox from my cold dead hands. What a monster tool until it started getting throttled.
I'm new to the channel. Really liking it so far.
Do the dealer not know how to use a scope ?
I was thinking that exact question....
how long before the return investment that autologic
I use it daily. But, its not for everybody...
I'd like to know how SO many bad, not just mediocre, but bad techs get released into the wild.
Agreed
How do you think iScan would do here?
It did not have support for the series 2 discovery.
Dealer ships are nothing but the a typical repair shop. Techs get hired and leave for one reason or another. Or fired there best ones for profit then fail.
