    Hi Caroline,
    I’m a new patron to your channel. I’m excited to have found you and am hopeful this will be a good fit. I’m looking forward to your floor and chair exercises. Last summer, July 2023 I was hit by a drunk driver while on my motorcycle. It was horrible. My left leg took the impact, my foot was immediately severed and my bones were crushed. We were up on the outer edge of Yellowstone, no cell service and no emergency services anywhere. Well, thru pure will and strength, my husband and 4 of our friends were able to save my life. As they say, “timing is everything” and for me it certainly was. Eventually, I was airlifted to Idaho Falls and spent the next 68 days in two different hospital’s recovering from an accident that should have killed me. To date I have had fourteen surgeries on my left left. It’s been a rough year and the recovery has been one of the hardest things I have ever done. Physical Therapy is on going and most likely a permanent part of my life. My prosthetic is wonderful, when I can wear it. Phantom nerve pain is real. Desensitizing is a daily necessity.
    Anyway, as I said I’m looking forward to your floor & chair videos. Currently I’m using different sized medicine balls for stabilizing and balance. I have a long way to go. I lost 80 pounds, actually I needed to, but now…. the weight is slowly creeping back in. I’m 62, 5’9” and weigh 161 pounds. I’ve always been somewhat athletic with a lean physique. I’d like to get it back.
    I’ve rambled far too long. Thank you for reading this. I felt my back story is of importance so you would know about my special needs. If you need more information from me or if I need to increase my membership to premium for a more personalized structure, I’d be happy to follow your instructions. Here’s to regaining some sort of normalcy in my life. A life that has been chaotic and severely disrupted.

    SO good! I’d been apprehensive to get back into running without a great strength training course to compliment it. My right knee was scoped back in 2015 with lots of arthritis evident. Now at 50 yrs old, I feel better and stronger, just having the tools your videos provide to help me move safer and more easily each work out. Thanks, Caroline! 😊

    Hey!!! This was amazing. Love to see one on hip rotators - roll, stretch, strengthen. Having a hard time with tight hips, weak glute med and rotator issues

      Hey Caroline.. yes I did the hot hips workout. Was just a video suggestion… because I thrive on follow alongs. You are such a great teacher. I enjoy videos I can go to to get the job done ✔️.     I had knee replacement 2 months ago what level would you suggest i do. I am at 118 degree in range of motion right now. Tricia
