This is cute. I have problems with the same thing on underside. And no matter how much I try I measure everything, and make sure to pin seams together. My corners never match.

A drop of school glue set with iron will hold seam still

Thank you that's a great tip. I did figure out it was happening in my situation. The plastic cover to my throat plate was "lifting" while I was stitching in that area. Once I used some painters tape to hold it in place, it never happened again.
