The most underrated quarterback in history. Think of the pressure he had, he had to live in his brother's shadow, he had to play in New York which is the largest sports market in the country AND he had to deal with the fans and the media, more than half of his games were potentially in cold bad weather and through all of that he won 2 Super Bowls, 2 Super Bowl MVP's and he did it against the greatest quarterback of all time....TWICE!

@@ArizonaGunsDave Underrated? At 117-117? Had a top 10 passer rating once in 16 years. In 14 other years, never won a single playoff game. Never beat a single playoff team that scored just the NFL average of 21 point. Never led in any QB stat other than interceptions (x3). And his 27 in 2013 was the 3rd most of the last 20 years. Never a league MVP because that takes an entire season and not just one game handed to him by the defense. Never an all pro, not even second string.
If anything is is one of the most overrated QBs in NFL history.

4:55 Peyton only faced San Francisco 4 times (1998, 2001, 2005 and 2009) prior to Eli's NFC Championship match-up vs the 49ers, and yet he had the book on some their tendencies, which he used to help Eli and the Giants win the game. Astounding, the depth of knowledge that Peyton had to draw upon. Meanwhile, you had other starting QBs who didn't even know a game could finish in a tie.

Eli was tough, durable, unflappable, his teammates (other than Tiki and Shockey) loved him, and would always come up big in the biggest moments. In the moment, Eli gave us fans plenty of highs-and-lows. But, after it was all said and done, the two Super Bowls were well worth the ride!

2 times I picked the Giants to go all the way, once in 2007 because of that defense, and second in 2011 because of Eli, who was a machine among humans that year.

Peyton manning does the best shows. Hands down. I bet you he makes more with video production than he ever did a QB.
