- LENGUA ESTOFADO | Stewed Ox Tongue
Ingredients:
1 kilo Ox Tongue (or more)
1 big onion, roughly chopped
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 pouch Tomato Paste (70 grams)
1/2 pouch Tomato Sauce (200 grams)
2-3 tbsps Olive Oil or Regular Cooking Oil
1 can button mushroom
Olives (depends how much you would like to add)
1 tbsp Sweet Paprika (Optional)
2 pcs Red Bellpepper, sliced into strips
4-5 pcs Bay Leaves or Laurel Leaves
Salt & pepper to taste
