You guys don't know jack about cars. That jeep does not have independent suspension. Your power to weight ratio is way off also. There have been multiple other wrong descriptions in your other videos.
The old school Hoonigan guys loved cars. Then they somehow got taken over by some corporate guys who thought they could run the company better or more efficiently. That caused the old crew to all quit one by one. Blake even isn't part of the old crew, but rather an old guest - he does love cars and knows them, tho. I no longer look forward to Hoonigan videos - they have lost the vibe since people were doing sends in the back lot, and this offroad straight line series has been trash. Boo.

The problem here is, this race course 100% favored the jeep. That rail was not designed for hard packet surfaces. The jeep is. I give the win to the rail. He won the first race, lost the second by about the same margin the jeep was given, broke in the 3rd likely due to jist how rough that track was for that cars setup.
That VW motor is insane. Youngins dont know about life before LS and K swaps. UA-cam just loves pushing those negative comments to the top lately. I don't agree with how Hoonigan has changed but y'all need to give them time to fix their sht.

This course is not favored to a Jeep in any way. any solid axle vehicle is at a disadvantage in high speed sections like the entirety of the course
