Most excavator manufacturers take into account the boom is a little bit off-center so they make the boom so that it will swing further one way than it does the other way so that it will dig directly in line with the tracks on both sides.
Nice video thanks what size is it. And how much did it cost? i bought a beat up rental bobcat 35 with 2600 hours spent thousands repairing it. Possibly the new Chinese option would have been better for me? thanks David
Weight on manufacturer's plaque on the machine states 3500kg. I have one and haven't taken it to the scales though to verify. Got mine at a Ritchie Brothers auction for around 27k out the door. Pulled 8 stumps(6000lbs worth according to the dump scales) out of my yard with it already. Picked them right up and set them on the trailor.
It's off set boom. On all larger machines there that way. It so you can easyer to see what you are doing. You bought a machine to get into tighter areas. Not ass much tail weight.
Thanks for sharing, when I saw the intro, I thought you were horsing around about being bucked out of the seat, kinda like Spicer Designs, when he is always falling.... but as I was watching the complete video, you weren't horsing around. Stay safe my friend, stay safe. Great content.
It was a good reminder to use the sestbelt, at first the machine felt super steady but once I got that rock out past the center of gravity it took me for a ride
My buddy bought a brand new chinese mini excavator last October and said his track always comes off too when going on side hills and it catches fence posts and tree branches. He said it uses a grease zerk and by puttin grease in the zerk is how you tighten the tracks. Let the grease out to loosen the tracks.
Awesome video. Are you going to show the STE35SR working. I thought you brought one, if I'm not mistaken. Your videos on the STE35SR are motivating me to purchase one. Would you be so kind and let me know asap. I'm in talks with CFG. Hope all is well.
I never got a chance to run the ste35sr, I sold it before I got to dig with it. I would say the ku45 is more capable, the ste35sr has a better build quality.
Looks too have decent power, but size of boom too track size looks off...i recon 6" extra width and lenght with an extra 200lbs of weight in tracks it would be alot more comfortable and capable
Doe the enclosure provide any sort of certified roll-over protection? What size is this? UA-cam format changed and I can't find any comments from you. Am I just missing them somewhere? Details would be good.
Machine is stamped 3500kg. Conversion to lbs is 7716. This guy never really answers questions or interacts meaningfully in the comment section, so good luck.
@@Serious-Man Thanks for the info. But I guess you didn't bother to read his response to me 11 hours before yours before you bad-mouthed him. He answered both my questions.
@@ericbraun4652 Wow, first of all you're welcome for the info. Secondly, he didn't answer the question about where his youtube comments went, and he incorrectly answered you about the size. Not really any issues. Had my Chinese mini excavator for about 8yrs. Not many issues getting parts. Many normal parts here in the USA can be modified to fit and make it better
I would argue they are easy to get parts for because a lot of them are generic parts and the manufactures don’t change things up like the big names just to make things special to raise the price. My 2008 Volvo skid steer is almost impossible to get parts for and if you can find them they cost an arm and a leg
Well, if it wasn't for irritating, annoying, loud background noise some peoples kids call music I might have watched this video. Thumbs down from me. 👎

What is the weight and price range of this machine?
4000 lbs and $10,500 with the hydraulic thumb.
This machine is 7000lbs and 27k
Where did you buy it and how much was it?
Lots of great info. Good honest review. I’ve been looking at off shore excavators

That's where I'm stuck. 2000 hours or venture into the unknown. I looked at a Ground Hog BH40D last week. Seemed really solid.

AGT website has it $24,500 with free shipping.
On ebay they are a 4000 lb. machine with the hydraulic thumb and a digging depth and have a Kubota diesel engine in them. They cost $10,500.

Nice channel, so did you purchase this machine or are you just show casing it? Interested in getting one and would like to get your opinion.
My company primary sells all different brands of chinese excavator. I do have this for sale but I'm also doing jobs with it
How do u operate the boom swing ? There is no pedal for it? Seems like a decent machine compared to other cheap ones.
Looks permanently fixed at 13:38 which I don't understand.
My track jumped off the sprocket do you know how to fix that?

That AC unit is an aftermarket probably added on after it got to the US that means should be fairly well built and part available
Get yourself some thick foam seal to fill that gap.
If you want better control and stronger hydraulics throttle up buddy ! It’s not good for the machine to run on low throttle
How much for a similar Kubota?

I do not believe it has any rollover protection, just to keep the operator out of the environment. It's 7000lb

the issue with these is longevity--- when you need parts in 5 years they wont be around, thats why i paid extra for a kobelco
