So I’m going on vacation and have one of these. Can this keep water for them for 10 days?

As long as you have it attached to a container large enough. You can attach these to a 55 gallon drum or a 250 gallon water tote. It will work great! Just make sure the container is cleaned out good so nothing can plug the hose.
